It's really nothing but fraud, they offer repair service but the repair fee is twice the price of the same product, especially for the headset, and their staff has been nothing but arrogant. They make comments but when you start commenting they immediately open the pad in their hand and say this and that. customer service-0 sensible service-0 Stand behind a product-0

I purchased my Apple Watch from this store, was expecting it too be a nice relaxed experience, but ended up feeling extremely rushed and stressed. This is not only due to the fact I ended up buying the watch in less than 10 minutes, but the fact the worker who served me constantly gave me dirty looks. However the store was clean and had most of the newer models for sale

I took my partners daughter into the store to purchase a new iPhone. The experience from start to finish was absolutely excellent. Having made our selection we shown an island desk where were to transfer the data from old to new. The assistant hovering in case we needed help and and we did, showing us shortcuts. We were offered a good price for the old phone, around about the same as we were on eBay with out the hassle. My conclusion as it appears Apple products are priced the same wherever you shop it’s worth the trip to an Apple Store for the service and experience.

I visited the Norwich Apple Store a few days ago as had storage issues with my phone. Jason from Melbourne helped me but not only did he completely fix my phone, he was welcoming, patient and extremely kind. Jason from Melbourne juggled a number of other customers at the came time and never made anyone feel rushed or unimportant. He was superb. Great asset to the team. Thank you, Lily 😊

Just been to the store today to help my mum get a new iPad. Initial sales person was fine. After sales leaves a lot to be desired. A woman was in tears and said she had been made to feel like an idiot. There were 6 customers including us setting up new devices. Two members of staff helicoptering around with smug expressions looking at people trying to use their new devices. Any questions for help were answered by making out it was easy to resolve. Baring in mind these devices are not cheap you would think there would be some respect. These products are not user friendly. My mum is now having to go back to the store tomorrow as things won't set up over WiFi as they suggested when she got home. I really would suggest if you haven't used apple before dont start now.

Needed to see the tech guys got an appointment. 10 mins ok twenty mins later had to ask told 5 mins ok 10 mins later still waiting .. nothing we had another appointment elsewhere so we left 15 mins after leaving get a text message say appointment is ready?! Rediculous poor service! Considering the amount of staff tell me the truth ! If it’s going be a say an hour! Time management considering all on technology alarms is terrible! Very disappointing level of service and neglect as not even asked if needed anything while waiting to check were being looked after!

I had an appointment at the GeniusBar in Norwich on 3 Nov. The first assistant Amber was pleasant but left me sitting half way through the process, without any information and didn’t return. The second assistant who appeared was condescending and rude. I left without completion of the order. Apple, your products may be good but to many of us customer service is equally as important. Awful experience.
