Had an amazing experience with Steve! My laptop cooling fans needed replacing, and he took care of everything super quickly—ordered the parts and had them installed within just 3 days. The actual fix took less than 10 minutes while I waited outside! The new cooling fans are working perfectly and running super smooth. Steve was efficient, professional, and really friendly. I can highly recommend him to anyone needing laptop repairs. Thanks again, Steve!

Called ThisFix from search for local help with no internet (provider advised working OK, but would not connect!). Spoke with Steve who was very professional, helpful and fixed the problem quickly with minimum of fuss. Happy to recommend. I was pleased to deal with someone friendly and knowledgeable ...

I can't rate Steve highly enough. My husband's Mac died, he looked at it and diagnosed the problem, which was terminal. He worked really hard to extract as much data as possible, and sourced another Mac for us with a really good spec. He's taken the time since to follow up to make sure everything works well. His prices are fair, he's very knowledgeable and I don't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with computer problems.

I would like thank Steve who fixed my son's beloved gaming PC. At first it looked like my son would have to buy a new PC, which he did not have the money for until Steve somehow fixed it. I have to say he is a genius and I would highly recommend him to any friends or family. Thanks again, you have a made my son very happy11

Steven helped us out with an emergency IT problem on Christmas eve at very short notice. His in-depth knowledge of PC hardware was apparent from the start and he helped arrange replacement parts and got us up and running again within a few days. Would highly recommend him for PC related problems.
