Doesn't listen to concerns. Claims site is perfect (it isn't... helpdesk confirms that. I doubt the workforce has EVER used their own site or had to submit resumes or use their own features) Unprofessional lady. (According to Unemployment NONE of the workforce people (exclusion of helpdesk) live in the state of Maryland.) If you have an "appointment" they won't call as they claim. They only called me back after I called them and said it was rather rude, since they didn't call me like they were supposed to. After all they flaked me more than once (2 twice to be exact although I count their flakes as 3). Accusatory tone. In short, they're no better than the unemployment office. How about we fire them all and get better staff?
