I have been attewmpting to reach customer service for three days and decided to read comments. I now understand that there is NO customer service. NO ONe has called back and i even tried waiting on someone to pick up (only 3 calls ahead of me). been on hold for 30 minutes today and an hour yesterday. Shame on you Salisbury!

I called at 3:30 they close at 5 and it’s now 5min til 5. I doubt if I get to speak to anyone, I been on hold since 3:30. This makes no sense. You can’t get anyone to the phone and then you get put on hold for almost 2hrs. It’s a waste of time don’t bother calling and I feel bad for those who dnt hve transportation to actually go up there to speak to anyone. You will never get anything accomplished calling.

Be prepared to chase these muppets up. They just randomly forget to send bills in the mail. Had my account go a month past due by mistake when I first moved here because they promised my “first bill would be sent my mail.”

Poor customer service. Always, always difficult to work with. The supervisors never, ever return a call. The customer is NOT important. Horrible leadership!
