Called Justin (found on Google) to set up my WiFi mesh network when after two hours of trying by myself, I was ready to punt the mesh points out a window. Within two hours, he had the system cleared, reset, connected and totally active on three levels and outside. Best money I’ve ever spent. EXTREMELY reasonable cost for taking away a major headache. Highly recommend.

Justin is so incredibly knowledgeable and explains my computer issues in language I can understand—not being too tech savvy myself. He has responded to emergent needs I’ve had with my computer and straightened out the issue in under an hour. So he is fast and so smart and creative. Justin is able to diagnose problems and their solutions so quickly. Additionally, Justin is a personable man who is a pleasure to work with. Justin is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of my computer needs. He has done networking, Hardware upgrades, troubleshooted software issues and cleaned up my computer as needed. He has also effectively installed other Hardware like printers in a complicated Wi-Fi situation. Justin helped me pick out and set up a new computer, as well as connect it to a wireless printer. I am now able to easily use my computer for school and work. He was very helpful and patient. Without him, I wouldn't have been able to get my computer up and running as smoothly as I did. He was also flexible to my schedule and had great availability!

Justin was very courteous and helpful. Its never fun when you have a technical issue with any of your devices, Justin was patient and knowledgeable and had me up and running in no time at all.
