I booked a Deluxe Queen Studio here via Booking.com. The property was able to shift my reservation and kindly made the dates work out. I want to give special appreciation for this and for the lovely patios.||The room I was in, #8, is likely less desirable than others. A lot of noise occurred (tromping and banging) mornings, before 9AM, when housekeeping was cleaning adjacent units. As an ADA unit, which I do not require, I was surprised that the mattress tops out at several feet above the floor. Just know this will be the case, if it matters to you. It didn't bother me. That mattress, however, is sunken in the middle, so it would not be good for some backs. It wasn't good for mine.||Otherwise, I'd suggest these four things: a trash receptacle in the bathroom, a toilet brush in the bathroom, real milk or cream instead of only CoffeeMate, and drinkable coffee for the coffee maker. ||Location is exceptional for access to downtown and Canyon Road. If weather had been more amenable, I'd have spent much time enjoying the patio areas and would have enjoyed a longer stay.

We stayed two nights. Check-in info was provided well in advance, and checking in was quite easy. The free parking area across the street was convenient. Our room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The location was great - a short walk both to the plaza and to the Canyon Road art district with plenty of restaurants nearby. Although our room was on a relatively busy street, noise from passing traffic was not a problem. We had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly consider Casa de Tres Lunas for any future visits to Santa Fe.

We had a fabulous stay at Casa de Tres Lunas! Our room was beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the linens luxurious. The room had everything we needed. Bernard was very accommodating when we had to make a change. And his communication was immediate. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here a week for the Santa Fe Opera during the Native American weekend. This is my 9th visit for the opera. I have stayed at a variety of high end places and some not. This is by far my favorite. There is a full kitchen. Its charming clean and walking distance to downtown.

Beautiful rooms, the owner has thought of everything you need from extra towels to dish soap to wine glasses and a cork screw. We love the stay, it was close to the square in Santa Fe. Lots of shops, galleries, and restaurants to choose from. Will go again!

It was in an amazing location! We were within walking distance to everything. We absolutely loved the room and the Inn keeper was wonderful! I would definitely recommend staying here.

The pictures on the website are misleading. The description of the room we received was misleading. Many outlets and lights didn't work. The toilet leaked and the seat was broken. The sheets were stained. It was haphazardly decorated and things were just thrown together. The "fireplace "was just a 3D picture that glowed. It had no movement that would simulate a fire much less any actual fire. They were not accommodating. The host was very flat in his mood. You are paying for location only. The room was very disappointing.

This is the perfect getaway spot. You dont have to deal with checking in or dealing with a front desk. You just book and they send you the door code prior to arriving. Everything is in the room that you need and the location can’t be beat! Our room faced the main road, but the noise of traffic was never an issue. The bed needed to be replaced ( personal opinion). And the hot water in the bathroom was nonexistent. But for the amount we were in the room this wasn’t a deal breaker and we will be booking here again very soon!
