JMV Solutions Ltd

We have been working with JMV Solutions Ltd for 18 months now and we can't fault their service. Whenever we need call on their support, its always quick and easy, nothing is ever to much trouble. They have recently installed our new computer system and James advised us on the best type of equipment to meet our very bespoke and demanding needs which has been amazing. Jamie completed the installation and provided a very personal and informative service. Really would highly recommend this company for all your IT needs. ''Well done, Guys!''

I contacted JMV as we (as building contractors) had started work on a major refurbishment of a property which shared its internet and Sky services with a neighbouring property belonging to the client's brother. With the electricity about to be turned off we needed the neighbouring property to be able to continue using the internet and Sky. With just a day or so's notice JMV were out on site and efficiently installed a temporary infrastructure which allows us to terminate the electricity without affecting the neighbour's use of internet or Sky. Very grateful and impressed by both the clear communication and the speed and efficiency with which the work was carried out.

We started using this company a few years ago and they started off as being really helpful and friendly then things started to go down hill. I was left with a broken phone for nearly 6 weeks, they kept telling me that I was the issue, I hadn’t set it up right, I wasn’t using it right, I hadn’t listened to their instructions (all in writing) in the end I requested that they come out and take a look at it and when they did arrive on site it was confirmed the phone was In fact broken and it was not our fault. No apology. The same phone system kept throwing us out of calls and not ringing so we would have to reboot on an. almost daily basis and report to jmv. We have several emails where they have said that we haven’t had to reboot and there had been nothing wrong with the phone (all have been recorded before being rebooted to show them the issues) They have been charging us for a second internet line (in case ours ever went down) but as it was proven we didn’t actually need this line. They have turned our internet off when we have complained about things in the past (second internet line which they assured us would still work if the first one was ever down didn’t work either) and are so rude to their customers. I’ve never had to work with a company who talk to people the way they do. The only person who is willing to help within the company is Jamie, I can’t fault him at all and he is always friendly. Avoid at all costs

JMV have worked with us for 7 months now and have provided consistently brilliant, helpful service. The whole team at JMV are easy to deal with and provide proactive, professional advice/service. Their aim and promise is to "provide solutions to remove issues" which is what they have tirelessly worked to do for us these last 7 months and at whatever cost to them. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone needing IT support.

We have been working with JMV for a couple of years now and during that time, they have simply been excellent on all counts. They helped us hugely during the first lockdown last year in terms of migrating all data from our physical server to Office 365, enabling us to get up and running and quickly and seamlessly. JMV now handle all aspects of our IT (equipment, Office365/Sharepoint, telecoms etc). They are amazingly responsive and are always on hand if we need them. Added to that, they are just lovely people to work with - thank you :)

The company started off great but they were using our mast. Then they found out it didnt quite work as they expected and thats when we recieved awful customer service, we found they were charging us for 2 services when we only needed one. If we had any problems, they more or less told us it was our fault and it wasnt, we never got an apology for them telling us this. So glad we now have a provider who isn't rude. Good riddance. EDIT FROM REPLY ***** Your truth is not what happened. In short you were disruptive and down right rude when we told you we wanted to change over. Maybe and probably our new supplier is far more professional than you are. Me , I say it as it is. I say it as it is and you were vile. Except Jamie, he has always been lovely

JMV have looked after our business system and personal computers for many years. Always helpful, professional, reliable and quick to respond. They keep up with tech developments and know their stuff. We don't hesitate in recommending them.

Just picked up a new laptop from JMV. Jamie had it all set up to connect to my work network remotely. I opened the box, plugged in, and connected it to home Wi-Fi and it works just like I was in the office! No hassle, Excellent friendly service, great price. A BIG thanks JMV!
