I do not recommend them at all, from one moment to the next they suspended all the websites and the support that has been going on for more than 24 hours, they say that I had exaggerated the use of my resources, which is funny and absurd because precisely and due to the slowness of the service there was migrated some clients' websites to other providers. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE THIS SERVICE TAKES YOU!

Absolutely horrible support. Im paying for hosting and my domain. I've sent screenshots and multiple explanations of the issues I'm facing. They reply with 1 sentence of about 4 to 5 words. Most likely to hit their KPI's but not resolving anything. I wait for hours to get a response KNOWING that they'll give my request absolutely no thought, have no explanation or solution to my problem. Once you pay for their services you are on your own.

It's excellent. Even when getting in contact with them, they answer quick and with all the needed details. About price, they offer a great deal pack Vs price, one of the best of the market actually. One year working with them and will continue to do so.

I strongly advise against using their third-class service. I've purchased their hosting service twice, and both times they suspended my account, alleging that it had been hacked and needed to be reset. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering that I have over 100 clients whose data was uploaded on their platform. It's difficult to explain this situation to my clients. I believe that the hosting provider should take responsibility for security issues and related matters. Regrettably, I have decided to discontinue using their service.

I have used Ifastnet for my sites for 6 years without any trouble. Their service has always been very reliable and efficient. Good UK support. No reason to change. If it works leave it alone

Took over a clients hosting and website on a maintenance agreement many years ago including the paying for IFastnet. During the 2nd year with IFastnet started to double charge. It took countless support tickets and queries to sort that out over almost a year. Where they even deleted by access to get support multiple times. They eventually agreed to give the money back but did so via a credit to the account of circa £100.. I asked for the account to be cancelled but over 2 years later it hasnt been. I have struggled to get the business to cancel the account or give me the funds back. to this day, its still active.. they have used the funds on account (My refund) to pay for the invoices as I cancelled the paypal agreement & now they have started invoicing me with 'Final Demands'. The Clients site has not been with them for 3 or so years. Its an absolute joke. I have copies of sent numerous emails sent to them & they simply ignore you. Also their phone number on google is offline. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM. I have reported it to the FCA and Paypal as fraud. Enjoy that you bunch of thieves.

Fake with too many unreal costs. You will pay 2 times each month. No support. And there is no support contact info. It's like fake service to steal your money

Honestly, they've been pretty solid for me. I've hosted multiple websites in the past with IFastNet. I no longer host with them, but I am currently on a re-occuring domain registration plan with them.
