If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience I have had with a graphic designer. This company is a scam to say the least. I hired them to create a logo and results they were giving were not at all what I was looking for or what was representative on their website. I requested my money back in February and have received nothing but a run around …. I finally had to claim a fraud charge with my credit card company. I now will be blasting every site that will allow me to review and testify what a scam they are. PSA DON’T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!

I pay total 3300 dollar to this company ,but they do noting but laying again and agian. This company is basically liars who keep lying throughout the whole process. After the money is paid, they tell me that you still need a domain name. It costs 10 dollars. The domain name is only 20 dollars for two years, but this company lied to me for 900 dollars for the two-year domain name. This company also kept asking me for other fees, and after asking, they didn't do anything for you, except to keep cheating you. 9 months passed and nothing was done. I wanted my money back and they just disappeared。Can anyone tell me which department I should report to. This is a scam company. If you see this message, please help me report this company to relative department or police department to avoid more victims.

I was struggling with trying to figure out the best way to move forward with my business, especially from a design and layout point of view. Queens Creative Design came in and provided a customized solution that served not only my needs but also the needs for out customers. I would recommend them because they are easy to work with and produce great quality designs.

This company stole $750 without producing a website. Do not use this company!!!!! Zack Connor lied to us and have ignored our demands to refund our money. This company is also related to the Craftive company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone to use for building a website, they will quote you a price to build the whole website out then everytime they talk to you its another $500, then another $500 and it just keeps adding up. On the website it says they will reimburse you if you are not 100% satisfied but i have not found that to be true yet.

Promised to deliver a website and never even showed us a demo remotely close to spec. Stopped responding to communications after several months.
