I recently changed hosts to TurnKey, and have so far been thrilled. The features are great, the price is reasonable, and they have very customer-friendly policies, like support for Let's Encrypt. My best experience, though, has been dealing with their support team. Everyone I've deal with has been super helpful, but Autumn in particular has been responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and proactive in getting some of my sites transferred. I'm extremely happy so far, and would happily recommend their service.

I've been using turnkey internet for many years. The prices can't be beat and the managed service for servers is great. Recently Liam D helped me resolve some issues and installed the last version of Python. I'm super thankful to Liam and the whole team for providing such an awesome service.

I've been with Turnkey since 2011 when they acquired HostPC. They provide a capable, dependable, economical service that is more than I need. Problems on their end are extremely rare. On the few occasions that I've had to contact their support department, I've been very pleasantly surprised. They are very competent and professional. In a world where it seems almost all support / service personnel seem to either want to get rid of you as quickly as possible, or wear you down with endless scripts and redundant questions, Turnkey's techs actually go out of their way to make sure they've found the problem and an acceptable remedy. They never have to _say_ that customers are important because their actions show it -- every time I've had contact with them. I've dealt with Andrew, Autumn, and Tom S. on a couple of occasions and they each went above and beyond, helping me to prevent a problem when it was only tangentially related to Turnkey, or providing the exact, and thoroughly detailed data for which I asked. I feel quite lucky to have Turnkey and am very happy to recommend them.

We have been very happy with moving from Amazon EC2 servers over to Turnkey Internet. We have more control over our servers and are getting way more horsepower for the money. Customer Service has been excellent. They are very quick to turn around with a response and help wherever needed. Their 10Gig connection speed is awesome!

These guys are just awesome. Every time I have had issues, they have been able to help me, and they are really responsive. My team had an issue with 2 Factor Auth, as a result of which we were unable to log in. It was not these guys' issue, but the support staff did a lot of work behind the scenes and got us in. This is not the first time, so I cannot thank them enough. I have 5+ servers with them. Very stable too.

Just Amazing how this guys do all those things! Super first support as well as 100% uptime at the cost of less than a pack of crisps, our experience with Turnkey Internet is just awesome. Been with them since last Xmas, never had a downtime, not for a single moment! One of the best hosting company in the world yet very low profiled. They deserve to get more customers, seriously. Turnkey servers are very robust, with better security features than other providers I've used in the past. All my sites load really quickly, which everyone knows is vital for today's impatient user. I was also impressed with their support staff., who were quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable about any issue that arose.

I cannot praise TurnKey Internet enough. They help keep my small business running. Autumn and all the guys in support are fantastic. The support department is extremely responsive to support tickets, emails, and phone calls - and I contact them via all methods depending on the issue. No question is too dumb (and trust me I have asked them all). They take the stress of managing the server off of me so I can worry about my clients.
