Everyone went above and beyond! Treated like family! Breakfast was amazing food there the Barista absolutely sweet. We started for 5 days and would have stayed longer. If we didn't continue our road trip, we loved it so much we made our way back. Thank you so much for your time and care.

To be honest, I didn't stay at this hotel. I booked three rooms for 4 weeks for my construction crew that was working in the area... and the Courtyard got solid approval from all of them. The reason I'm going with the 5 star review is based on the exceptional service. Barbara hooked up all of my reservations much more efficiently than the app or the 800 number could. She provided a great long term stay rate and helped make adjustments when needed. When Barbara wasn't available Nicholas took great care of me. Exceptional service like that is rare and should be recognized. Fantastic job!

Positive: The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing. They were there to answer any questions, and they were so friendly to my kids. I know kids aren't always everyone's cup of tea, but they made them and my whole family feel welcome. Negative: We were disappointed that breakfast was not included. That's a perk we enjoy when traveling with the family.

the staff are nice! the rooms are nice and cool- just the way i like, at 65 degrees when i walked in. the room is very spacious as well

A wonderful stay! The room was immaculately clean! One of the cleanest I have probably ever seen, truly. We came in super late, the gentleman behind the counter was so welcoming and kind. Bed was comfy. Would highly recommend this hotel over any of the others in the area, the staff does a fantastic job at this place!

Your complaint details: Description of complaint: I reserved a room with the Courtyard and then called Marriott to add my wife to the room. This morning the Courtyard charged a no show fee for a second room that was never reserved. Courtyard refuses to refund the no show fee. Marriott reservations has notified the Courtyard of the mistake but still no resolution. Money paid to business: 130.00 Desired settlement: Refund

Tired older hotel. Mould in shower. Room clearly has not been cleaned well, cobwebs and dust on the table legs. Also found a old candy lying on the floor. This used to be a nice hotel but it has really gone down. Lobby looks nice and it is a quiet location.
