When they called me for my interview it rang once then went to voicemail. I was right by the phone didn't even have time to respond to the call. Called back...was on hold for over an hour...finally got someone..they said I had to upload my documents. I uploaded my documents THE DAY I submitted the application..the agent said they weren't there. I WAS LITERALLY LOOKING at the documents on the 'My Uploaded Documents" page..the agent still insisted they didn't seem them. As I was trying to upload the documents AGAIN...the call cut off...I called back was put on hold again...I've been trying to resolve this and get MY appointment for 2 hours now. Now guess what? The website won't even allow me to upload the documents, I keep getting an error message. This is absolutley gross incompitence. Its like they're doing everything to NOT give us assistance.

My daughter has three little kids and she took her renewal papers to the office there in Silver City .She waited and then called the 800 number and was told to go to the local office. Guess what the renewal form was lost. Shameful.

Renewed paperwork for food stamps and yet this month as of 2024 they have yet to process the paperwork or receive this months food stamps. This office is the absolute worst when it comes to getting anything done so meanwhile having to rely on other sources because this dept can’t get anything done on a timely manner or make contact. Shame on this vicinity for taking care of things so poorly!

Needed to turn in some papers, so we went and turned them in. They do have security, no weapons allowed.. And you may have a bit of a wait..

Noone answers..been on hold 1h:40m so far... case decisions made without consultation...delays are the least of worry...staff is extremely overworked and burned out..need help cant get any..fml

Can't get ahold of anyone to find out if you are going to get assistance you wait over a hour on the phone and can't go to your local office cause there only opened 2 hours as day
