I received the finest service from this company from the moment I enquired about their services. Installation was professional and quick and the installers were very friendly. For the first time I am confident that the service provider is there for me, the customer.

There's a reason for all the 1-star reviews. Avoid doing business with this company. Filed BBB complaint after company attempted to use fine text to trick me into doing THEIR job for them. Staff made it 100x worse. Tried to work with them but they were too stubborn to even work with their customers.

This has to be the worse internet provider I have ever dealt with. The owner is so rude and very unprofessional. He got in my wife’s face and cussing at her like if he was gonna hit her. We reported him to the BBB and going to put the video on social media cause there is no way someone should treat a female that way especially if ur the owner of the business.

The service itself is not too bad, but, there are CONSTANTLY outages and you will not be refunded or credited for the days you have no service. The customer service is terrible. Every time you ask a question you get threatened with being dropped as a customer. I do not recommend this company. It's not fair to pay for service you MIGHT get and rude employees who talk over you and threaten to cancel your contract all the time. I switched to T-Mobile Internet and have NO issues. I also got unlimited data for $50 a month.

On 04/01/24 A nice and professional young lady arrived in a timely manner and upgraded our HSI as discussed during her March service call. Within 45 minutes she completed what she came to do. My wife and I appreciate HSI and their competent staff !!!

At first the service seemed ok, but then we started losing service almost every month. When I called I was told they needed to “update” my modem and service was restored. Then I spoke to a woman who told me they routinely kick accounts to free up bandwidth consumed by inactive users and only restored service to those who called. Better hope that doesn’t happen on a weekend because they have no tech support outside of banking hours if they even answer the phone at all.
