Day after installation had a Starling in attic which contractor fixed but had sparrows nesting in corner all summer long some died and caused foul odor. There was no infestation prior to service. Had damage to personal property which was ignored after contact .I see good reviews hopefully you end up on the good end.

We are extremely happy with Steve's roofing. Their crew showed up twenty to seven in the morning and were very organized and professional! They showed great respect for our stamped concrete driveway, put tarp everywhere and worked very hard to install a beautiful new roof in 1 day. Steve is a great guy and easy to work with and provides you a good fair estimate the first time without trying to sell you to death like other outfits. A++++++++++++++ Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

Steve and his crew recently replaced our leaky roof and installed a new dryer vent. Highly recommend! They did a great job, were professional, got everything done in 1 day and cleaned everything up. Steve’s replaced our roof last year. In the months following the installation, obvious defects in their work began to appear in various places around our roof. There were areas where the shingles were bulging and a large continuous ripple in the back of the main roof. I contacted Steve’s representative about the problems over 6 times over the following 8 months. He simply ignored me and would not return my calls or send anyone to look at our roof. Finally I contacted Steve directly as I was not getting a response to our problem. It took another month, 3-4 phone calls and a threat to sue him for breach of contract and warranty before he finally sent out the original rep and a crew to fix the issues. They blamed the problem on the structure of our roof rather than their own workmanship, claiming the plywood had warped in these areas. Their solution – if you could call it that – was to cut six large holes in our roof and replace the plywood, wrap and shingles. I told their rep that our original roof didn’t have any of these problems, nor did any of the other houses in our development that Steve’s had replaced roofs for before. I also asked why this wasn’t taken care of in the original install if it was a problem. All I got in response was a shrug and “Sometimes this happens”. Now, instead of having a new roof and the peace of mind that goes along with it, I have a patchwork quilt of a roof that I have no idea whether it will stand the test of time. I wouldn’t recommend Steve’s to anyone. They might be the cheapest roofing option around, but you get what you pay for. They don’t do quality work and they don’t stand behind their work either. I post this in the hopes that no one will have to experience what we went through with them.
