Guy at the front desk was super sweet and understanding. I came in at 6 am and had to check out by 10 am or so the same day, so he stated around until I showed up and checked in and out. The room was a bit barebones, but that can be explained as I didn't reserve a room before I got there! I think they also did renovations or something? Everything has that new feeling to it. The only complaint I may have is that the door in my bathroom wouldn't fully shut, but other than that, great service, great room!

I did not feel safe at this location. There are people living here and there is a lot of outside activity in the parking lot. There was also a domestic situation. I saw homeless people who were also loitering around the entrance and my parked car late at night. When I cited my concerns to the desk clerk she indicated guests needed a place to smoke. That is not what was going on.

The building is very old and not well cared-for. Our room smelled very bad; there dont really exists words to describe it. Just a foul odor whose source I was unable to determine. The TV did not work; it wasn't even connected to anything, and when we talked to the desk about it she said, "Yeah sometimes the TVs dont work." We were located near the lobby and there were people going in and out at all hours, talking loudly and having shouting matches at each other. The overnight receptionist brought her young child with her and the kid was shouting at 3am. Just a generally unwholsome atmosphere. Room was clean and bug-free though, and bedding seemed pretty new, so not all bad.

Room was newly remodeled and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent coffee, no breakfast. Great staff. Fair price. Worth the money.

First we were a party of 3 with 2 dogs, key cards didn’t work, we had to go to front desk 8 times to have them rekey card. Front desk area had sketchy people hanging around should have taken that as a clue for what happened next, . Friends of the front desk people were working on their boom bass in their car, so loud vibrating the windows, we were woken up in the middle of the night to the same car booming away to Mexican music with lots of bass! Awoken at 7 am by what sounded like a herd of elephants above us, come to find out they had a roofing crew starting at 7 am and we were told to move our car or get hit by debris, no place to park as the roofing company workers took all the spaces, no sleeping after that! So back to the sketchy people hanging around, I guess the roofers had a call out for workers for a job and some 40 plus people showed up! If we were informed about this when we checked in it wouldn’t have been bad and we could have gone somewhere else.
