My local, very reputable, repair shop in Warrington told me my MacBook was irreparable. I asked two other IT support companies and they told me the same. Jay had it fixed in 10 MINUTES !!!! He goes above and beyond what’s expected. I cannot recommend him highly enough for Apple / Mac repairs in the Cheshire area. It was worth the 45 minute trip for me and I’ll be using him in future for all fixes.

We have just updated our old PC to a new Laptop that supports Windows 11. I chose Jay's Computer Services over everyone else as read all the reviews I am so glad we chose him . Absolutely brilliant, his knowledge is second to none. He came to our house and helped set everything up as we have absolutely no clue! A fantastic, genuinely great guy and can 100% recommend him. Spilled Pepsi on my laptop last night, took my laptop to Jay at 9am and had a call from him at 12pm saying it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Amazing service and very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

waste of time!! brought my laptop into him and he had it for over two weeks. no updates. always had to chase him. kept saying the part hadn’t arrived. said it would be done on a specific day and time and kept letting me down. unprofessional!! waste of time. AVOID!

I cannot rate Jay highly enough. I made contact after reading the reviews. This guy is knowledgeable, professional and very approachable. The issue I had with my tablet was fixed in a timely manner and all questions/ queries I asked were answered fully, even when I'm sure I asked the same questions several times as I don't understand IT. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others (in fact I already have). Thanks Jay.

Laptop would not start up at all just yesterday. Popped it into Jay's and picked it up this morning all working again. It probably would have been fixed on same day but he had appointments. The man clearly knows his stuff as he had to replace a capacitor on the motherboard. Professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Very happy to recommend him to friends and family.

Built my PC with Jay and I am someone who knows extremely little about computers! He helped and explained everything so well and so interestingly, whilst also letting me build it independently. Such a lovely guy-definitely recommend!
