Drury Inn St. Louis At Union Station

We got in late but had a wonderful short time. There is a hot tub and pool which we enjoyed and the breakfast is amazing. All of the staff there were very nice! Especially the breakfast servers (I didn’t get their names but they were sooo sweet). Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. What more could you ask for? The building is also very very neat. As it is an older establishment, I love that they renovated but have kept the old charm.

First time to St. Louis and really loved this location as I felt there would be more to do here than closer to Arch Park (1.3 mile walk up Market St). The building sits across street from Union Station, Aquarium, Wheel etc.|It is nostalgic and apparently at one time housed Train personnel. Old Union Station photos and tile adorn the walls and floor. Room and bath was clean,bed and pillows comfy. All staff were pleasant and willing to please. Shout out to "Isabel" who was interning and was seen at the Front desk, Bartending, cleaning breakfast tables and socializing with patrons. She was very outgoing and friendly. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors. . The bonus was each morning there was a hot breakfast buffet, cereals, waffle station and fruit served on real plates with silver. Shout out to "Shirley" who was also friendly and outgoing. Midday, fresh popcorn popped in lobby and each night, there was lite fare buffet and cocktails all included in your stay. It was a nice place to stay and pass the time before and after siteseeing. Enjoy!

Outstanding experience. We felt welcome and appreciated as soon as we arrived. I believe place was full, but service was superb. We felt like the only guests. Room was clean. Front desk answered all our questions and thanked us for staying at the hotel. So many activities around this hotel and great location. Staff was outstanding.

We had a great time staying here to celebrate my son’s third birthday. The hotel is right at Union Station, so you can walk out the front door to the Ferris Wheel. We were able to get a suite when we checked in and they provided a rollaway bed for my daughter. The room as clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast and 5:30 kickback, saves a lot of money on food. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The hotel was very busy as it was Memorial Day weekend, lots of families and kids, and I think they did a good job keeping up with everything and it never felt overcrowded. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with good customer service. Rooms were pleasant and the lobby has beautiful historic details which have been wisely preserved. Breakfast was quite nice with many options. Lots of families and popular because of the pool (very busy) and adjacent to Union Station with its family friendly attractions. The only negative was the strong smell of pool chlorine in the atrium, but this is minor. Adjacent parking and near public transport also. Would gladly stay here again.

This is an incredible location! Close to everything. The hotel is spotless! Thank you, housekeeping!Rooms are very nice. Front desk and management were all great! The breakfast and 5:30 snacks are full meals with good selections. Props to the hard workers in the dining department! You have to pay for parking but it is very secure. I highly recommend this place!

I was so pleased with our experience. This is the perfect spot to stay if you're heading to the Aquarium or the soccer field. We walked to the Arch and that was a little bit much, but then we got to soak in the hot tub so an overall win. I mostly booked here on the reputation of the 5:30 Kickback snack time - I was pretty into it, not gonna lie. Breakfast was pretty standard: no complaints, but also nothing special. Would book here again.

I have not stayed in a Drury Inn for many years, but when I was searching for hotels to stay at to go to Cardinal's game, this one had good reviews and a reasonable price. My wife and I were extremely pleased with our stay. A beautiful building and clean, comfortable rooms. We loved the free happy hour drinks and snacks they served each evening, and they also had a great spread for breakfast. Easy walking access to all the downtown attractions and stadiums. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. We would definitely return.

This is a GREAT place to stay! The location is terrific and easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and were able to get into our room right away. The rooms are a little small, but it is an older building, and the bathroom is a good size. The breakfast and snack/drink hour are both great. If you leave hungry, it is your own fault. The breakfast is a full spread; at the night event, you can get drinks and basically dinner, which is included in your stay. The Ferris wheel and Union Station are right there when you walk out the front door. There is dining and activities for you, and we caught the train and went down to Ballpark Village. We also drove to the City Museum and zoo from there. The onsite parking garage is fantastic so you are at ease when leaving and know your car is safe when you return. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area and hot tub is just enough and great to relax after a long day.

We checked in today and I had an issue with my credit cards and my name on my ID. The manager, Maria, and the front desk concierge, Jenn, went above and beyond to make sure that we could get checked in and everything paid for appropriately so we could proceed as planned. Im so thankful for their compassion and understanding so my family could enjoy our vacation as anticipated. All hotel employees were polite as well. In a day where customer service is a thing of the past, I am SO grateful for their services! We look forward to the next few days here and would recommend everyone to stay here. The customer service, ambiance and amenities (especially the included food and drinks) are amazing! Keep up the wonderful work!

We stayed at one of the premium hotels the night before and would not satisfied at all multiple issues including a tremendous amount of noise. A family member referred us to The Drury inn in the old train station building. What a pleasant experience the hotel looked like a museum but it was clean and modern with updates everywhere. Yesterday we're he announced that he's taking the city back for all Americans to come and petition a room had modern appliances they all worked well they were all clean all the furniture look like museum pieces but they had obviously been recovered and they were clean and like new I'm. Bathroom have been completely remodeled the shower was wonderful. Our bed was every bit as good as the premium hotel. And we're very thankful that you came on tonight the breakfast the next morning was worth eating with proteins as well as large variety of choices. We were there for a family emergency and mentioned it to the staff and they offered us a hospital discount. We have never stayed at Drury inns before but we will call them in the future. Went just about everything that could go wrong with her our trip had gone wrong it was nice to be able to check into a safe and clean hotel that was run professionally and have a a surprisingly uneventful stay. Thank you for just a nice quiet safe and clean place to stay.

Also close to the Metro. It’s a wonderful location||Bring a bottle of bathroom spray, no exhaust fam in the bathroom.
