The nasty hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Not as advertised! You’ll see a nice clean hotel in the pictures with a pool.. yeah pool filled in! Our room was so gross we couldn’t even stay! The toilet looked as if it had never been cleaned! The sink water didn’t even cut off! The hotel smelled liked weed and the room smelled awful! There was mold! It’s was extremely unsanitary! DO NOT STAY HERE!

If i could do 0 stars i would. I understand this hotel is in a college town, but there is absolutely no excuse for how bad this hotel is. Its dingy, dated, dirty, and just disgusting. There was mold EVERYWHERE. Our room was literally something out of a horror movie. The lights were so dim and flickered. Seriously. Horror movie. Again, mold was everywhere. There was hair in the shower. The shower curtain rod was broke so you couldn't take a shower without literally getting water everywhere. The carpet was dirty, the walls were dirty, the a/c unit was absolutely filthy and didn't cool at all. Just icky. And don't get me started on the "breakfast ". This was a joke of a continental breakfast. You had the choice of a crappy waffle or crappy cereal. That's it. Thank god we only had to tough it out for one night.

Recently changed the name to Claion Pointe. I hope that means they're updating other things as well. The whole building felt dated. Spots on the walls where wallpaper had been ripped off. The room was comfortable enough and it was clean. Unfortunately, it just felt dingy because it's dated. Nicks and chips in the furniture showed its age. I wouldn't actively avoid this place in the future but, until it gets a good makeover, I'd look some place else first.

I would preface to say owners are trying to update right now. The room was pretty clean and linens were very nice. Need to replace all electrical plugs..worn out...Chargers would not stay plugged in. Restroom had some mold on ceiling. Need more than one small trashcan in the whole room/restroom. No swimming pool. It is filled in with concrete. Definately not a "Patio Oasis" as the signage describes.

It's definitely run down but the staff is amazing. They make sure you have everything you need while you are there. There is no pool which didn't matter since it rained the entire time. Always came down to smiles and good morning. Breakfast was like any other hotel. The only thing that makes this place special is the staff.

Great room, good location. Changing names so was a little confusing at first to find location. But called , staff was super helpful, great directions, and extremely friendly when we arrived. Would stay there again

Was trying to book a multi night stay since I’m here for a work project but the front office guy hung up in my face. Seemed upset and overwhelmed at his front desk job 😂😂 didn’t expect anywhere in the broke state to wanna actually work for the money they make… no problem giving my money elsewhere seems like they have enough business… happened at 3:30pm 6/17/25

I'm being super generous with the 1 star but if I could I would give it zero stars. This place was under construction which was okay for me . In the room there was a pull out bed in the couch that was moldy and wouldn't pull out. They were nice enough to bring us a roll away bed and the place was just really dirty especially the hallway. The lighting was poor and we found a hypodermic needle in the sink. My stay wasn't good and I don't plan on coming back.
