I recently visited the Apple Store with my daughter (to buy her birthday gift), and I wanted to share my experience. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, making me feel valued as a customer. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided clear guidance on the products I was interested in. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. However, I did notice that the wait time for assistance was a bit longer than expected, even though the store wasn’t overly busy. Perhaps implementing a more streamlined system for managing customer flow could help improve this. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and look forward to visiting again. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!

I had an outstanding experience today at the Apple Store in Milton Keynes. I came in to have a previous repair checked, and from the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Rob assisted me brilliantly; he was patient, knowledgeable, and determined to make sure everything was resolved to perfection. Lizzy, the store manager, also went above and beyond to ensure my visit was smooth and enjoyable. Together, they turned what could have been a small frustration into a truly exceptional Apple experience. Not only was my issue solved quickly and flawlessly, but I was also guided through purchasing some additional gear, without pressure, just honest, expert advice that made me feel valued as a customer. Apple is renowned for its products, but today reminded me that it’s also the people (like Rob and Lizzy) who make the brand so extraordinary. I left the store not just satisfied, but genuinely delighted. Huge thanks to both of them for their warmth, professionalism, and care.

I came to collect my Iphone today - drove over an hour to be told its not ready for another 4 hours! Emily was very rude to me and my wife and told us to leave as they are very busy! Plenty of other stores to buy from so avoid apple MK

Appalling service !!!! Waited 2 hours after supposed collection time to collect repaired phone. We were told my wife could pick up the phone with my ID as I went to get the car. They said fine however after an hour waiting in the shop they said no. I then walked from the car to collect the phone to be told by security Store closed and no entry. I asked for a manager who was an absolute disgrace. Not sure of name but he had an American accent. This man should never ever be a manager. Condescending, rude and very righteous. Told me if I made a complaint above him he didn’t care as they all came back to him and he would throw in the bin. Only got phone back as I was very unhappy and demanded I got it back. Eventually allowed in the shop to collect phone. APPLE DO BETTER, wholly unhappy and even contemplating of never ever purchasing another Apple product.

I took my iPhone 13 to this Apple Store after it stopped working following a software update(18.7). The staff told me the phone was “completely dead” and that I would need to pay £376.44 for repair. Based on this, I went ahead and bought a new iPhone (550£). I had discussion with online support 3 times and I had 2 appointments in store, they said that they can not do anything. They hinted in every conversation that they doesnt care and its only my fault. Its just a wall of misunderstanding on their part to their customers. Later, I took the device to a local engineer, who discovered the issue was just a failed battery. After replacing it, the phone worked perfectly again. This means the Apple Store completely misdiagnosed the issue. Their staff either lacked the skills or the willingness to check properly. I lost money because of their poor assessment, and I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I will think twice before trusting Apple Stores again. If I could I set "-100" stars here

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff, and Manger, who all went above and beyond to help get to the bottom of the issues with my iPhone. I was in there for nearly 2 hours whilst they meticulously went through every option they had to resolve the issues and wouldn’t give up. After all this it was an unauthorised modification made prior to my purchase of the handset, from a major phone company selling reconditioned handsets. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommended this store for their friendly and excellent staff Andy

This is the worst possible Apple Store I’ve ever been to. I had a Genius Bar appointment today for one of my Apple devices. After checking me in with the QR code, it took them 45 minutes for someone to come around and finally look at the issue. All they kept saying that it was busy. What’s the point in having a specific appointment time and then have to wait 45 minutes for someone to even come around and look at the issue!! In the meantime, all Genius Bar staff was chatting amongst themselves and giggling and going and in and out of the Genius Bar space. Added to that, when the I told one of the staff members that I’ve been waiting a long time, they just shut me down and said they were busy and didn’t even have courtesy to apologize for the delay. Worst store ever. Go somewhere else to another Apple Store. Avoid this one at all costs.
