Ambassador Arms Apartments

I wanted to give potential and current residents my personal opinion about the entire staff at Ambassador Arms, especially new Manager, Miss Sara. Sara is very considerate, thorough, and accommodating. She is kind and helpful too. She is quick to ensure that any issues are handled in a timely manner, and to the satisfaction of the residents who live there. She is professional and ethical, adhering to the rules set forth by implementing said rules with consistency, equality, and cohesiveness. Manager Sara, has a big heart and works hard to ensure that resident's needs are met, and in most cases, exceeded. She goes above and beyond in her duties as manager. Sara actually works on her day off to show the residents just how much she appreciates them. Sara gives them a glimpse of her innovative style by creating monthly "Resident Events" that seek to celebrate the family unit, both children and adults alike. Sara truly cares about the residents she serves, and it shows. She has imaginative plans, shops for, helps to set up, and implements those plans via games, food, prizes and fun for the entire family. I know that upper management made the correct choice in selecting Sara to manage the people, the facilities, and the staff. Sara works closely with staff, who all work in unison to ensure that Ambassador Arms is a safe, clean, and fun place to raise a family. Thank you Miss Sara, for being you!

I’ve had a great experience at Ambassador Arms Apartments in Saginaw. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it a really comfortable place to live. I especially want to highlight Kim in the office—she’s absolutely wonderful! From day one, she was kind, helpful, and always made sure any questions or concerns were handled quickly and professionally. It really makes a difference when you have someone in the office who genuinely cares. I call her “Kim the Kindest”! Highly recommend living here!

My daughter and I lived here for 5 years and we really enjoyed our stay! We were very sad to leave even though exciting new things were ahead. The apartments themselves are quite old, but maintenance staff was always quick to help with any plumbing issue I had. There is a younger guy with dark wavy hair who was always so kind and helpful. I really appreciated him! I never felt unsafe here. Everyone in an apartment complex has noisy neighbors, sure, but I developed friendships and community with the people in my building whom we will miss. My daughter and I's favorite part of Ambassador Arms is Kim. We just love her! We were always so happy to see her genuine smile when we walked in the office. We'd always have about a five minute chat where she'd genuinely ask me questions about my life and work before we went on our way. Every time we left my daughter would say with a smile " I love Kim, she's so nice!" She's the heart of that place and spreads more joy than she might know. We will miss her very dearly!!

I just wanted to share that I have had co workers who have lived at ambassador arms and have always mentioned how clean it is there. They've told me that the management is top notch and even mentioned my friend Sara as a great worker. I wanted to give a big shout out to my hard working friend Sara. Im so proud of her for taking pride in her work and making ambassador a more positive place to live for the residents there. She now manages the place and I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to rent.

I lived at Ambassador Arms a few years ago and it was a very nice place. Very quiet and very well kept. The office staff was very polite and informative. Maintenance was always timely and on top of things. Unfortunately my job took me in a different direction so I had to move out of the area. I would definitely recommend it for anybody who is looking for a nice place to live.

I have an older apartment so older appliances. That isn't a problem though. My rent is less because of this. I have had two gentlemen who have come up to do maintenance. They came up in a timely manner and were very polite. Got the work done in as little as a couple of minutes. All the staff has been very nice and helpful. I really enjoy the new app where you can pay your rent and put in maintenance requests. My apartment is on the upper level. I have never had an issue with noise or feeling unsafe at this property. 5 our 5!

The staff is very professional yet friendly and welcoming, especially Sara. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed and answered any questions i had. The grounds and buildings are very well maintained. Seems like a great place to call home.

I recently moved into Ambassador Arms, and Kim was wonderful. She stayed in contact with me with every update. She made me feel welcome, and included in the process ! I definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment.
