We've only been with Sound Networks for a month or two but what an experience so far. The communication from them is excellent. Throughout our migration to Sound Networks, we have been kept informed with everything that's needed doing and when they will be doing it. We've already had a bit of an obscure issue (nothing to do with them!) and they've been all over it. They tried the usual fixes but when that didn't work, they thought 'outside the box' and came up with a cunning plan. The team are very easy to deal with. We were really worried about moving to a new IT support company but I can see why Sound Networks were recommended. We wish we'd moved to them years ago!

Their support team has been amazing, keeping us online and running at full speed. They also produced our company website and online tools, and we couldn't be more pleased with how they all function.

We have used Sound Networks for the last 10+ years, both in my previous company, as well as in my current one, and we’ve always found Paul and his team to be super responsive, technically knowledgeable and fast at rectifying any IT issues. They’ve helped to plan our IT infrastructure for growth and use the latest tools to ensure we are always current. Whatever the size of company you’re currently working within, Sound Networks will provide a first-class IT support service. We highly recommend them

DANLERS have used Sound Networks for the past 6 years for IT support and this year they also redesigned our website from the ground up. Redesigning our website was no small task to undertake. Paul and Dan worked very hard, listened to our requirements and implemented them accurately and efficiently, they also gave some very good advise for improvements that we may have missed. The end result is a fresh, modern website, easy to maintain and a great feel when used.

We have used the Sound Networks Team for a couple of years and the service we have been provided has been faultless. Nothing is too much trouble - they are very patient and will explain their suggestions and processes a few times to ensure you fully understand what they need to implement. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service. Paul and his team jumped straight on to fixing a very complex problem with our website. We had been quoted stupid figures from other local companies, Sound Networks provided a much more realistic cost. Thanks Paul.
