As I am getting ready to move out, now was the perfect time to do a review. I have enjoyed my 9 years I have been here at Avalon Oaks, then Avalon Eaves. Whenever I had an issue my go to was Amanda Hundley. Anytime I had a question I reached out to her. Debbie is another great resource at Eaves. Both women are kind and compassionate about what they do. I haven't had many problems here. I have been grateful to call this my home until now. Maintenance has been always been friendly and caring. Responding as soon as possible to any issues that came up. There were not many. It's close to the highway, a school, park and Target are close by.

Location! The place is quiet and off the main Highway however there is wooded areas to make you feel like your in the country. 6 to 8 min from Wilmington town center and its a nice clean safe area. 4 min from the T by car if you wish to go down town that way. The office staff is friendly and on top of any maintenance requests. Also the exercise room is updated and very clean. Not huge but all the gear you need for a good weight lifting or cardio work out in general.

We’ve just moved in eaves Wilmington and we felt very much welcome! The welcome notes, gift for our dog, and all instructions about apt use and complex living made a difference! Our first tour was very helpful to understand how things work. Debbie and Amanda who attended us were prompt to answer our questions immediately. The apt was clean and in excellent condition when we moved in. So, it’s been a worthwhile experience here in east wilmington because the administration and staff made our move comfortable!

We moved into Avalon Oaks in August this year and love the community, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the staff arrived quickly and repaired well when we encountered areas that needed repairs. We are also very grateful to the front desk staff Mr. Paul and his colleagues for being warm, polite and friendly! We have a very good life experience here, and will recommend this community to friends!

We have been residents of Avalon Oaks (now Eaves Wilmington) for 2 and 1/2 years (since we moved to the US) until we purchased our home. Living at Eaves has been so great! The community is peaceful and well taken cared of. The location is ideal, being close to i-93 but still very quiet. The members of the office and the maintenance team are the real reasons of Eaves Wilmington’s success and are always helpful and quick to address any concerns, and have definitely made our stay stress-free knowing they will ensure that our stay is comfortable. The amenities and services are superb. The activities for residents are engaging. Overall, it was a good value for our money when we rented at Eaves Wilmington.

Haven't been at Eaves Wilmington long (approximately 4 months) but have to say Debbie was and still is a joy to work with. She takes the time to explain everything and advise of all options available. We were in a very stressful time in life where we were transitioning from selling our house, moving into Eaves and just recently bought a house out of state so we'll be leaving Eaves shortly in the future. I have to say, if I were to rent again, I'd definitely come back to Eaves Wilmington. The place is well kept, clean and quiet. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and maintenance is very responsive as well. All in all I am pleased with our rental but will be moving onto a different venture in life. Thank you all!

Have only great things to say about Eaves Wilmington. Since day one Amanda has been incredibly helpful with any questions I have had. She’s always been very responsive and kind. Made the whole moving process a little less stressful. Love the little personal touches, and how well kept the grounds are. My kids and I feel safe and at home here!
