H case has been closed every two to three months and I'm mad about this ..my case keeps closing because of workers who are not reading everything ..was told to fill out pink app in place of recertification I did so and they closed case still ..3rf time

Applied for slmb in August and was approved in Sept and now 5 months later and still nothing. No payments to Medicare no reimbursements. A one star rating was too much. Still waiting now in the next year.

Went to get TDAP and no one bothered to tell me that I needed to fill out an application. I was just handed a receipt and told to wait 30 days. Waited 30 days and gave up, asked someone to call only to be told “hey we see your 500 form and receipt but not your application”. What disgusts me is that people are in a very strained financial place especially with today’s economy and they genuinely need assistance but these people in public service couldn’t care less about helping the public. I think they should quit and find another position so that people that want to help the public can take those positions and do a much better job. I guess it wouldn’t phase anyone since they sit behind a desk collecting a paycheck from the government.

They don’t do their job at all I was just up there Tuesday why does it take all week for health department to call me so I can get money ! They never answer the phone they sit at that front desk like they Barack Obama and Michelle looking crazy they claim they want to help People but they don’t and do it on there time which will be days or weeks later !
