I have been dealing with them for over 3 years now for my business and they always go above and beyond in answering even with the basic queries and helping with matters that may not necessarily fall under the remit of "hosting". I just hope they bring back two-year or longer options for hosting so it gives us business a safety net and as well as to them to a certain degree.

Excellent Service and Knowledge. I can't recommend the team highly enough. I've been with a lots of different web hosts over the years including Heart and Fasthosts, but Unlimited and their staff outstrip them by a country mile.
