Delicious food and the best service we’ve ever had at Nando’s in twenty years. Our regular is the chill factor but they were out of my regular dish so came to Trafford Park instead - so glad we did. Everything was great on our visit from start to finish. The manager was very attentive and offered to fill our drinks several times as well as several check backs throughout. 10/10 - couldn’t be better. We’ll be back.

This is the best nandos ive ever been to. Ive never had service like it in any sort of restaurant at all, the staff were amazing and the food was amazing. Food didnt take too long to come out and everything was just perfect. The manager deserves to become the owner of the whole nandos chain, if every branch had him as manager, id never go to a different restaurant again. Im only ever going to that nandos from now on, it clears all of the rest!

I love a Nando’s, and I love this restaurant. The food was cooked to perfection, and the service was outstanding - the manager couldn’t do enough for us. I highly recommend visiting. I will definitely come back!

The best service I have experienced from any restaurant. Who I believe is the manager, was very friendly and took time to come out to ensure the food was spot on and asked if we want anything else.

I’ve always enjoyed Nando’s, but it’s shocking to see how much the standards have declined. The restaurant was dirty—cutlery was filthy, food was all over the floor. The place felt unhygienic and completely neglected. On top of that, the service was just as bad. Our order was mixed up, and despite the restaurant not being very busy, we had to wait ages for our drinks, which only arrived after our meal. Even then, they got the meal wrong. I specifically asked for butter for my corn on the cob as at first I never received and obviously never got it. Meanwhile, the staff were standing around chatting while the manager frantically ran between tables. It was absolute chaos and completely disgraceful. At this point, even McDonald’s has better service and cleanliness. Really disappointing to see Nando’s drop to this level.

The chocolate cake decadent absolutely the most phenomenal chocolate cake I've ever eaten! The mango 🥭 dessert also really scrumptious so fresh. The hot food mouth watering good nice broccoli 🥦 the butterfly chicken just melted in my mouth, the peri salted chips wow loved every single thing I scoffed. Was such a lovely atmosphere music playing was almost like tribe music, the staff were so friendly and helpful keeping everything clean and tidy the toilets 🚻 looked very clean and well stocked. We also got to sit in a booth the seating was really comfy we stayed ages was nice just sitting sharing food and enjoying the ambience of the place. I also liked that the first thing the staff were asking if we have any allergies it is good to be so careful luckily we do not have allergies but this is something that is taken seriously.

I’ve visited Nando’s branches up and down the country, and this was the first time I experienced this level of service. I placed my order through the app, which included a bottomless Coca-Cola. Normally, I’d receive an empty glass and go fill it myself. But on this hot day, Andy, one of the team members, brought it over already filled with Coke and ice—without me even asking. It might seem like a small gesture, but it was thoughtful, timely, and truly appreciated. Andy is incredibly lovely, down-to-earth, and a real asset to the team. Impeccable service—thank you!
