Regency Continental Inn

Yeah this weekend was my 2nd time staying there an couldn't sleep dew to bed bug an ticks bitting me all night.an haven't got my deposit back.after charging me.$88 from a $45 room one bed for one night.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in!!!!|I rent a hotel for $65 plus a $25 deposit for one day the next day at checkout time they said they will give me a deposit for $25 back after three days. I did not receive it when I call they gave me three different lies. They said I damaged a towel then the next time I called, they said I broke a bed. The third time I called they say I left a wet towel on the bed which damaged the bed which I did not do what shall I do? Customer service is terrible a box frame with a mattress with stains all over it. The room does not look like the picture at all. What a scam.

The front desk clerk went out of his way to try to find me a downstairs smoking room that I could stay young for overnight even Take me to the room to show it to me quickly before I check in This is an older hotel and does have Is some areas that need be repaired. The Bad was clean and the sheets were playing the carpet appeared clean and the shower felt okay water pressure could do with improvement The price was a little high compared to what was on their sign

The Clerk was amazing, and even had the manager show me the room before I paid. The manager was incredible, They understand the meaning of hospitality. The hotel is dated, but has so much potential as a retro hotel. My 15 year old really thought the place was super cool. He couldn't get over the pool area. The rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. Pricing was great for what you got. I will be going back.

The worst place i ever stayed!!!! Roaches as big as a baby's foot. The owner is very rude and talks to you like you are a nobody. Curly haired lady at the front desk is even worst then he is. She should not be in the customer field If you complain they basically tell you to deal with it. You constantly have to run to the front desk for a plunger because of the toilet stopping up or won't flush at all. Housekeeping may come once a week if they feel like it. The towels they bring have stains and never seem to be cleaned properly. Police is always getting called up there because of the dealers and addicts. If you can deal with all of that then you will be good. The worst ever trust me.

Shockingly surprised. Photos looked old and dingy. But once we arrived in our room and turned the AC unit on our stay was great. The room smelled like the 80s and looked it also, the old smell went away after the AC unit was on for a bit. But honestly reminded me of my grandparents growing up. HA! The bathroom area was all updated. The mattress was comfortable, very clean. I would have stayed another night if necessary. The outside of the building all looked run down and questionable from the outside but was fairly updated in our room and decent quality... Price was fair for location and aging we also never felt unsafe even arriving at 3am.

Painted over black mold,bad drainage systems standing water under,tubs,mold under carpets roach infestation.ceiling leaks..manager is most dis respectful,they are using 2nd hand mattresses...with visible stains....I know because I worked there..don't know how long they are constantly passing inspection.....

The price was reasonable. The lobby is clean and tidy. The pool area was nice and comfortable. It looks safer than the surrounding hotels. The rooms were decent. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in need of repairs and there was a roach. Nothing fancy but reasonable and it is walking distance to several restaurants and gas stations. Bring your insecticide.
