WatchHouse Belsize Park

Very flavourful coffee and decent brunch! The pickle onion the the classic salmon avocado is amazing! However you cannot have a peaceful brunch with friends here, the amount of people passing by and very small tables make it quite difficult to properly enjoy your time.

I stopped by this cozy little café for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was excellent, and the food was delicious — I had Eggs Benedict with avocado and poached eggs, served on a perfectly baked English muffin. The eggs were cooked to perfection, with a balanced flavor that didn’t even need extra seasoning. The service was quick, and we were warmly welcomed by a lovely blonde waitress. Highly recommend!

WatchHouse Belsize Park is a lovely spot—stylish, relaxed, and perfect for a quiet coffee or a catch-up with friends. The interior has that clean, modern feel WatchHouse is known for, with lots of natural light and comfortable seating. It feels like a calm little pocket away from the buzz of London. The coffee is excellent—smooth, well-balanced, and consistently good. Their flat white is one of my go-tos, and they do a great matcha as well if you're after something different. But honestly, the real standout for me is the banana bread. It's seriously tasty—moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Feels homemade in the best way. Definitely worth ordering if you’re popping in. Staff are friendly and efficient, even during the busier hours, and service has always been quick whenever I’ve visited. There’s also a decent amount of space for remote work, with a few plugs around and a generally chilled vibe. Overall, a great spot whether you’re local or just passing through Belsize Park. Great coffee, great snacks, and a really well-designed space. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates good coffee

Absolutely loved my visit to WatchHouse in Belsize Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient! The coffee? Outstanding. Rich, smooth, and clearly crafted with care. Loved the design I got! I have never seen unicorn on the coffee before 😁. A perfect spot for a morning pick-me-up or a relaxed afternoon break. Highly recommended! Try carrot cake - super yummy!

I was really looking forward to visiting this place but left feeling somewhat unimpressed. On the positive side, the food was exceptional and quickly prepared (I had poached eggs on sourdough), the staff were very friendly, and service was efficient. The interior is also beautifully modern and minimalist, with plenty of natural light. However, my oat cortado had curdled milk, and there was also no coconut milk available as an alternative. The atmosphere felt rushed—understandable on a sunny Saturday morning, but maybe the reason they half-arsed my coffee. I was also surprised to see a 12.5% tip added to the bill without being asked. Ultimately, for a specialty coffee shop, I believe the coffee should be the standout, and in this case, it wasn’t.

Had a light breakfast in this popular joint in Belsize Park. Everyone, from customers to waiters are so friendly, civilized & helpful that thought I was in Seven Heaven for one minute. As expected, everything was in order & good measure, definitely a great place for coffee & a light bite to eat.

The food is delicious too, with great flavours and beautiful presentation. The staff are awesome —They’re super friendly, energetic, and efficient. They truly know how to deliver world-class hospitality and make the whole place feel incredibly welcoming. It was alright. Situated right across the Belsize Park tube station. I decided to take away an iced decaf latte and a matcha cookie. The interior closely resembled the Hampstead branch, in my opinion. #19thWatchHousevisited
