Terrible service and really bad support. Only one person from the projects team helped revive our firewalls. Remaining seniors are useless. Stay away!

Update May 2023 - Still only got 1 of 4 1GB line installed successfully in 1 year, avoid for project management, pay money get no results, they just don't seem to have resources and high turnover. 4 months ago New contracts signed in July and no 1gb line at any sites, having to constantly micro manage the project, which they re supposed to be managing! Asked for PRINCE2 methodology and still not seen. Their accounts team ran by a Pigeon I think, invoices late and regularly wrong, took weeks and several people to get an invoice correct for a line we cancelled month ago Will honestly give 5 stars to the network operative they ve put on the project though, excellent work from her as actually gives me updates without chasing. MSP really dragging my IT strategy down where all others have succeeded, hope I will get the new network by the summer ..

Perhaps 1/10 IT issues I have are effectively helped by wanstor. They constantly say they will look into something and then never call back. Urgent issues I chase up for days on end. Very rarely will the support person actually help
