I have used Urban for a few years and always a great support.. I find them quick to respond to my issues does not matter how large or small the issues is.. Their friendly staff on the IT helpdesk always make me smile.. Always recommend Urban for IT Support - Thanks Guys Sue

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the support team at Urban Networks. Our network went down whilst we were under a huge amount of pressure trying to fulfill a deadline. The guys were nothing short of amazing ,they were quick and efficient getting our network up and running. Our previous network support team always made me feel silly as I struggled to follow their instructions but the guys at Urban were great they were friendly , polite and got us up and running in no time. We can’t thank you enough five stars from us 👍🏻

Urban Networks are a really great, efficient IT Support company and they have helped me so much with my IT set up. The helpdesk were so friendly and quickly helped with the IT issues I was experiencing. I don't know where I would be without their help!!

Was an employee here for over 2 years. Has been the best place I've worked in so far. The engineers are very well experienced and knowledgeable. Clients were great and very easy to get along with. Business as a whole are forward thinking and honestly help other businesses grow by encouraging technology and cloud solutions.

Very happy with our move to Urban Network. Everyone working with us is very knowledgeable, proactive and helpful, as well as being friendly and polite. After thorough explanation, the well thought out approach to our systems has seen considerable improvement already with minimal disruption to implement. Their response time is excellent. I would certainly recommend them.

I used Urban Network in a previous company, and subsequently closed the account when the businesses merged. However despite confirmation that account has been closed, we have still been paying for their services that apparently we are using, despite being told account is closed?!! I have now cancelled direct debit so they cannot continue to debit our account. I have tried emailing, and calling, but had no response. No one ever answers customer service or accounts phone line, only sales phone line. Confirming that this company is only interested in generating sales and not delivering a quality service to its clients. I did speak to a receptionist who said he would pass on message, still no response. The Customer service at Urban Network is non existent. I would strongly urge anyone considering using Urban Network to seek their IT services and support elsewhere.

Started working with Urban about 5 years ago and have found the level of service and technical knowledge second to none. The company has a personal feel to it rather than being just another client which is welcoming. Would highly recommend to any body considering switching their current provider or looking for a new service.
