Now I would have left 5 stars and left a nice review but unfortunately it’s gotta be 1 star as I brought a plug a 45 W charging plug yesterday and within less than 20 minutes after buying it I plugged it in and it exploded and it has destroyed my charging on my phone and the plug is literally burning and was smoking. I had to take it out of the outlet very quickly it could’ve caused a fire. It could’ve caused many issues. This needs to be refunded immediately. I really hope that the shop can take responsibility for this because I didn’t understand why the plug would just explode straight away. I especially as I have googled that an iPhone 15 plus can stand maximum 45w wired charging anything above that will damage the phone battery I did try to go back but they were shut so I am very unhappy and I need a £30 refund You can literally see where the plug has burst or exploded as I said before i plugged it in less then 30 seconds it pops in the socket bearing in mind this is was at a train station if that had caught fire that would of been a massive safety concern it still smells from where it has exploded so it will be interesting to see if this can get fixed

What you can't buy on Amazon - good advice, speedy solution, unrivalled expertise. Problem that had been going on for months was solved in seconds. One of the last survivors of the old cluster of tech shops that Tottenham Court Road used to be famous for, this shop is packed with stock and you don't have to wait in all day for the Amazon delivery that never arrives. Highly recommended.

Purchased a macbook charger for £59.99 (so not cheap) and it has stopped working 2 weeks later. I have requested a refund and would be happy to remove this review if this is issued.
