Absolutely perfect experience. The engineer fixed my entire wifi network by installing meshes all over my property. The engineer was really polite, efficient and patient. Complete life-saver because our network was down for a few weeks and some internet providers are not great with customer service and call outs. But Solid Rock saved the day! A prime service.

Just had my old Mac Laptop upgraded, New Microsoft Office installed (not subscription monthy), new keyboard installed (as letter e would not work) and a new battery installed. The engineer visted my home to do this with no travel fees. He was good with communication prior to the visits (two visits as he found my battery was faulty on the first visit) and honest about what he could and could not do. He stayed until he got the job done. He was very polite and professional and took no breaks. He saved me an awful amount of money and made good recommendations that I will follow up later. I cannot recommend this company and engineer enough and certainly will make him my first point of contact for any MAC issues in future. I am so pleased I was recommended the engineer from a friend.

Solid IT UK were amazing. I contacted them because I needed a Hard drive upgrade for my HP laptop. The engineer explained the whole process to me over the phone. When he arrived for the appointment he explained everything he was doing throughly as he was fixing the laptop. He downloaded all the relevant upgrades and made sure to take me through everything on the laptop. I would definitely use them again and it’s really great that they are local. Excellent, professional and swift service.

After my Computer died I found Solid Rock IT on the Internet yesterday and an engineer called round today just after 10am. Although he was unable to rescucitate my 20 year old machine, he did succeed in downloading my files and documents to a USB stick. He was pleasant, quick and talked me through what he did and how my download was organised so I know what’s stored where. I would highly recommend the Company services and staff to anyone with computer problems and will ensure I keep their tel no to hand in case of future needs.

Engineer has installed a new windows setup and updated all drivers. attention to detail and troubleshooting skills ensured my PC and games was running smoothly. Highly recommended for their service.
