I had a recent problem with my IT provider who was threatening to unlawfully retain log in details. I engaged with Phil from PDR IT Solutions who gave immediate and soothing industry expert advice. This was then put into practise and resulted in a satisfactory outcome. I would highly recommend PDR IT Solutions if you are looking for trusted, knowledgeable and speedy IT services. I would like to thank Phil Rogers for his IT services. He has a high attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble, he is very personable and easy to work with and when faced with a technical difficulty he does not give up until he has found a solution. He takes the time to understand the needs of my business and guides me through the workable options to find the best way forward for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his skills and expertise to anyone with IT needs.

As a new small business owner AND someone who was previously used to having the back-up of a complete IT team, it was a little daunting trying to understand what practical support I need for my business. Philip from PDR was approachable and understanding of my needs and not at all pushy as to the way forward, giving me time to reflect on his proposal before making my final decision. Can thoroughly recommend.
