We switched over to PC Docs as our IT provider/support in 2018 and they were a breath of fresh air. Every time we need help with anything from computers needing to be moved, WIFI not working, ordering new equipment I know I can rely on them to actually provide timely and efficient support. Danny has been my go to guy. He is always so friendly and helpful and never makes me feel like I am bothering him, even when it's literally as simple as turning the machine off first- there is literally no problem to big or small!
