Excellent location not far from Hamstead and Camden. Easy access to both Bus and the underground ie Belsize park. A beautiful Hotel with excellent customer service. The rooms are of very high quality and exceptionally clean and tidy. Very little noise in the surrounding area , the beds were really comfy. I was very impressed if it was a short stay but highly recommended

Having read some of the reviews the bar was very low! We had booked a small double. Check-in was quick and easy at 3pm (yes we both had our photo ID). Our room was on the 3rd floor with no lift. We are fit and had no real luggage so no problem but 50 steps is a lot if you aren’t fit or have luggage - something to bear in mind. Room was small as expected but really nice - no window but a/c was excellent. Espresso machine a bonus. Brilliant location and brilliant value for money. Would return.

I had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. The staff were very friendly and professional and the location was convenient for everything I needed. What I love more is the mini kitchen where you can comfortably make something I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to other

My partner booked a night away in London and this location worked well for what we were doing whilst there. He told me the night before where we were staying, so I looked at the website and thought it seemed okay but when I came here and read the reviews, I was slightly concerned as to what I was coming to. (He didn’t check Trip Advisor - which is always my first port of call!)||We checked in on Thursday just after 3pm and were greeted by a friendly young man that told us all we needed to know. We were asked for ID, but this is nothing new, I’ve been asked for ID in most hotels I’ve stayed in including high end establishments. ||Our room was lower ground room 3. It was small and bijoux, but it was modern, clean and quiet. There was a door with glass in the top half, which led outside but faced a wall, (so not overlooked and had a blind for privacy and to block the light.) I didn’t go outside, but it did give some natural light. (Make sure it is locked.)||The air conditioning was good, (and very much needed with the current heat wave) the shower was excellent with shower gel, shampoo and hand soap in pumps if required and there was a little kitchenette behind doors which we didn’t use but looked adequate. There were plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobe along with a safe, iron and hairdryer. ||If I’m going to be fussy, the toilet roll holder was rusty, the tap was too big for the sink, so you had to be careful when turning on the tap as it would go over the edge of the sink but apart from that, I can’t really fault the room for the price my boyfriend paid and we literally just used it as a base. ||We checked out on Friday morning and again, we were greeted by a lovely young lady who was smiley, friendly and polite.||I would return to this hotel if I needed to stay in that part of London again and use as a base, as the location was lovely and felt safe, with the tube station just up the road.

I really wish that there was a zero-star option for this dreadful hotel. From stepping into the hotel, my husband and I were greeted by a surly, downright rude receptionist who demanded ID and when asked why, just stabbed her finger at a piece of paper. There was no transparency about how and where this information is stored or destroyed. When we inquired about parking, the receptionist stabbed her finger at another piece of paper and said read this. A walk of 20 minutes and an overnight charge of £19 ... I think that she missed out on or was expelled from charm school. Our room was on a very hot, second floor with no lift. The room was more of a box. The bed filled the room and was so short in length that my 6 ft tall husband’s legs, hung over the end by 6 inches. The sash window only opened 4 inches and the “air conditioning” was an ineffective fan. There is no cupboard space and the wardrobe was some coat hooks. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in adjoining rooms with doors slamming throughout the night. The bathroom – you would not want to be carrying a few extra pounds to get into it … Just avoid – pay a little bit more and don’t make the decision we did.

Room was quite specious and clean, the same with bathroom. AC was working very well, you can also open a window if you prefer fresh air. Kitchen aneks in room has all the needed basics, also fridge, stove and coffee machine. The staff was very nice – waiting for us till late since they noticed we're arriving from abroad :)) Location is close to the metro and bus stops, with restaurants and shops nearby.

Nice modern room, a bit challenged for space but still nice. No lift so not the place for mobility issues. Good location @ 30% of the cost CBD, only 25 minutes from the tourist traps by the tube. Cafes and pubs close by.

Good location, subway station few mins away. Friendly service. We didn’t like our room at first and they actually gave us offers to change. We slept in silence, was very nice.
