Terrible company and customer service. I was able to order through the website and pay via PayPal. I then waited a week but received no updates. When I called, I was put through to a call centre who couldn’t help at all and simply said the company does not sell to consumers, only businesses (despite not being told this at all when placing my order). Having looked around, this company looks to be entirely based abroad with no local employees.

A DELL PARTNER! I am totally disgusted with this company and how they have managed our order. Their communication is lacking considerably, it takes them hours and hours to come back to emails, which delayed our install due to this. We then had to make a bank transfer to purchase a new server for a next day delivery rather than paying on a credit card. It was all confirmed on a pre 10.30 delivery next day , 45 mins before the delivery i get a 'MANAGER' call me telling me the items wont be delivered as there has been a problem, so i have arranged one of my engineers on site today to install this, waste of a day and loss of earnings for our company. I have requested a full refund and sent the quote off to DELL asking for urgent help.......AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR BUSINESSES REPUTATION!!!

Awful company to work with. When they make mistakes they dont resolve them or support the customer in anyway. They claim to be great but poor customer service. Avoid them!
