I have also benefited from software support and guidance on PC and Android issues. IT functionality and security is, of course a vital feature of the modern age. Can't recommend Mind The Mac highly enough - they combine absolutely top notch technical skills (they have a couple of technicians) with all round care. And a shop with a great name. I came to them cos my Mac screen was broken and they found two different options for me - one if I wanted to replace with a brand new screen from Apple - or one to use a refurbished screen (which I went for as it was a lot cheaper). had a pleasure of using Mind The Mac service and for once I am happy to say that they are truly professional, really fast, and a great help! I had two Mac books one 15 y.o running really slow second with a broken screen. Both laptops were repaired within 24 hours, one one the same day, for a reasonable price. Additionally, the service is great, and got some useful advice on further issues at no charge. Highly Recommend 🥰

I have used Mind the Gap twice and both times had a hugely positive experience. Sam very kindly dealt with my mobile phone problems. The last time with the help of a professional engineer. I had to leave my phone with them for an hour and was given a spare phone in case I needed to make a call.
