I’m absolutely disgusted with the way Kualo Web Hosting handled a serious case of intellectual property theft. I discovered that an exact clone of my website — including all our text, photos, and original content — was being hosted by a customer on Kualo’s servers. I contacted them multiple times via email and their website chat, providing clear, undeniable proof that all the content was stolen from our original site, which represents our brand and business. Instead of addressing the issue, Kualo refused to help, stating that because I’m not their customer, they have no obligation to act — even though they are hosting the illegal copy! Worse, their staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, even telling me to stop contacting them. They ignored the fact that the cloned website is damaging our business, misleading customers, and violating our legal rights. A reputable hosting company should take action when made aware they are hosting stolen content. Kualo clearly doesn’t care about ethics, legality, or the real-world consequences of allowing content theft on their servers. I strongly warn others to stay far away from this company — both as a customer or as someone trying to report abuse. Their negligence and attitude are appalling.

Been with Kualo for over 7 years. Customer Service is above and beyond. They outshine all of the competition (and i've worked with lots!). Great hosting features and reliability too and love their focus on going green. So many faceless organisations in this space with awful/no support... Kualo are the refreshing opposite to this - knowledgeable, efficient and a joy to liaise with.

I have had 4 previous web hosting companies over 24 years. Kualo is the 5th, and they are excellent. My requirements are technically challenging: I need fast dedicated hardware, bulletproof software and a technical support team that understands me and my business. Other hosts just take your money and let you fend for yourself. Kualo's support is not just fast and helpful, it is also proactive; they make you feel as if they are truly part of your business, taking care of faults and issues, no matter how trivial or challenging. Their knowledge of Linux server admin, networking, web servers, domains and DNS is the best I've come across in those 24 years. I finally feel like I've found a web hosting company that is competent AND caring... and with reasonable prices.

I don't leave many reviews but I'm consistently impressed with Kualo and thought they're deserving of a nice review. I switched from Siteground last year as my renewal was far too expensive and Kualo were a very good price and came well recommended from friends. The customer support is unbelievably good. Migration was effortless and my seemingly trivial requests for technical help are responded to and fixed within single-figure minutes. Can't fault them.

We've been with Kualo for over a year now. Their support responses have remained incredibly quick, even sometimes within a couple of minutes. Also, their support team are always willing to help with any issues we might have no matter how big or small. We've also had almost zero downtime since being with them across our sites. Fantastic level of service throughout.

Wow! So impressed. I've just made the switch from cruddy Bluehost to Kualo and can instantly tell the difference in speed! Looking forward to updating my sites now. If it's helpful, both my websites are now also using Cloudflare for the DNS. Kualo's would also do the job I'm sure, but for me this is nice combo. My understanding of hosting (and I guess shared hosting) have also improved because setting this all up with Kualo (having also previously tried SiteGround🤮!) focused my attention on the cPanel and the possibilities of actually using the hosting we pay for! Who knows, perhaps a Vite app sideproject or two. I've only used 5% of my disk There's more to set up, litespeed, email, etc

A top-drawer website hosting company, I've used them now for 2 years and their customer service is brilliant. Questions related to hosting and domains and other server items are answered within hours by a friendly and quick-to-email back support team, making a Kualo an exceptionally good provider.
