After experiencing deteriorating service, price increases and lack of features with my previous hosting company, I decided to look elsewhere. Fortunately, I was recommended to contact Krystal. They have been amazing, and I have been so fortunate in finding a company with well experienced, personable and helpful technicians to help me with the challenges of moving websites, data, and emails. Nothing has been too much trouble for these people. I have no hesitation in recommending Krystal to anyone in search of a reliable web host.

The server/network performance is consistently perfect and I have never had any site outages. Support (when needed) is top notch! I honestly could not see any reason to host elsewhere.

Krystal's customer service so far has been excellent. I have almost cancelled because I'm not very tech savvy, but they have been quick to respond to my queries and very helpful, which makes me want to stay. Just knowing that if I have any issues, I am not sending emails to Ai, there is an actual person responding to me which I really appreciate.

I have been using the company before this one bought it. Most of the team from the early days are still with Krystal. The same service has continued throughout. Krystal has a well-balanced mix of plans and prices. I have fou d if you need something that doesn't fit a plan they are always happy to help make a plan fit. You can always find cheaper. You can not find better service.

Krystal Hosting are utterly amazing! Their mission could easily be to "restore faith in humanity", based on their service levels! With so many awful hosting companies out there, Krystal Hosting could simply rest on their laurels, and deliver an okay service, and still be a shining example. But instead, they seem to have set their own standard, which is clearly one of unparalleled excellence. The entire team at Krystal is a joy to work with, but Emma and Steve M. deserve a special mention. Thank you so, so much for your help in rescuing me from some pretty dire technical sinkholes! I know I am a pretty demanding, low value client, but nevertheless, you always deliver such incredible support. It may not always appear to be the case, as I only ever contact you when I am super-stressed by the latest case of 'technical treason', (when my website goes into revolt mode!), but I am profoundly grateful that you have been, and remain, such a caring and consummate company. You are all simply brilliant.

Krystal was recommended to me and I have to say I am happy that I followed the recommendation, Everything was very easy to set up and their support is excellent I made a typo error in adding my domain and Ben from support responded within 4 hours and he had already sorted the issue for me.

Been with Krystal for years, and before them, Smart Hosting (which they acquired). Their services are affordable and speedy and their customer service is second-to-none. Recently decided to move from a VPS to a standard hosting plan to better suit my needs for one of my sites, and they were efficient and had my site moved across within a couple of hours. 10/10!
