Absolutely outstanding service! Apple Brompton Road must be one of the most professional, up to date, and well organised Apple Stores I’ve ever visited. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly helpful they handle everything with such care and positive energy. A perfect example of British professionalism at its best. Highly recommended!

Apple Brompton Road is one of Apple’s flagship stores in London. The store opened in July 2022 and is stunning, conveniently located right next to Knightsbridge Tube Station on the strip of shops that features the iconic department store, Harrods. In terms of interior, I love this store so much, it is truly stunning and perfect whether you’re looking to sit down and relax, or seek assistance to buy a new product or troubleshoot one you already own. The large “Today at Apple” area always has something going on, and the staff throughout the store are friendly and knowledgeable. The store has been crafted with elegance and true attention to detail and design, as you’d expect from any Apple Store, yet in many ways, this store still feels different, following the newer store layout. The range of products in the store is excellent, showcasing the entire range of Apple products from iPhone to Mac, from AirPods to Apple Watch, and the spacious nature of the store allows you to take a look at the products without feeling like you’re getting in the way. It doesn’t feel crowded, especially as it tends to be quieter than their Regent Street location, which is handy as it’s easier to get a Genius Bar appointment here too. The twelve Ficus trees across the store are a great touch, as not only does it link into the traditional Apple Store decor, it also adds a nod to Hyde Park nearby, with the seating under the trees an ideal space to sit back and relax, use the WiFi, and just take a breather while out and about in Central London without being bothered by staff (although they are there if you need assistance). I look forward to visiting this store when I’m in London again.

Don’t bother thinking Apple and iPhone have outstanding service, on the contrary! If you buy a new iPhone and agree to a 15 minute time slot to pick it up, when you arrive they put you in a 30 minute queue! The arrogance of it is astounding. Time to start thinking about their competitors who perhaps haven’t forgotten how to treat customers….

I went in for what should have been a simple screen repair, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. Olivia, a manager at this store, misunderstood the repair request and then claimed that I must have miscommunicated. Rather than taking accountability, she spoke down to both me and her own employees. The lack of professionalism and leadership was surprising and disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping at Apple again.

Today I went to buy an iPhone and an iPad. The waiting time was minimal, and the service was amazing. The staff also provided helpful insights that made the whole experience even better. Thanks to the Black Friday sale, I received some nice gift cards, which I used toward cases and the Pencil Pro. Overall, a great visit!

Considering that Apple products are not cheap, the least customers should be able to expect is good customer and product service. Unfortunately, my experience at this store was extremely disappointing. With the exception of Olivia, Anthony and Joe, the service was poor, especially compared to other Apple Stores I have visited across London. Staff were unwilling to resolve issues and came across as patronising. We had a brand new phone, collected from this store less than two weeks ago, which suddenly would not turn on through no fault of our own. When we returned, we were taken around in circles for nearly two hours, only to be told the phone would not be replaced despite being under warranty, and that we would need to contact Online Sales ourselves. Ironically, the online representative resolved the issue within five minutes, something the store could easily have done on the spot. Overall, the staff were nonchalant, dismissive and unhelpful. I would avoid this store unless there is no other option. The level of service is a huge contrast to the Apple Stores at Covent Garden or Regent Street.

Were disappointed from the manager called Tommy I spoke with him. I had a booking. I was one minute late and he said to me we couldn’t take your appointment because we are so busy he didn’t say to me you’re one minute late or anything. Customer regular since 2022 in this place always I bought a new phone. I never have issue beforebut today honestly very disappointed I will never gonna go same place. I will never can go to buy the new iPhone from the store always secondhand better.
