Premier Inn Liskeard hotel

An amazing Welcome from staff - friendly, welcoming and all very efficient at their job. Rooms, although smelt a little damp initially but putting on heating warmed up quickly and felt homely. Due to closure of the pub next door, they have done an amazing job job with offering Breakfast and an Evening meal. Jamie was such a lovely young man, who takes pride in his job. He is friendly, welcoming and runs the place amazingly. He was very accommodating and the restaurant (on VERY) minimal staff ran perfectly. Our breakfast was 100%, A fantastic choice on offer, both continental and a fully Cooked Breakfast. It came out quickly and was lovely and hot. All food was of a high quality, lovely and tasty. The Mesl Deal was brilliant - well priced and again 100%. Well Done to all of the Team.

Had a wonderful experience here visiting from up north. Becks was a breathe of fresh air. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I can’t believe she’s working with one arm and not a single complaint in sight. What a woman 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 the world needs more Beck’s as she made my visit 100% better. I will absolutely return just to see her lovely face again. She gave excellent recommendations of places to go with the kids. My children absolutely adored her, constantly filling up the Apple juice and pancakes for them. What a magical visit .I will be back….

I stay in a lot of premier inns due to my job. When I come down to Breakfast I often experience a fairly subdued atmosphere as I get ready to venture off out into the world. However, Whenever I stay at the premier Inn in Liskeard I am always greeted by the most wonderful of hosts. I was actually going to leave Becks a little note to show my appreciation, but I thought this would be better so that her employer gets to read this too. Beck’s is like the sun. Her enigmatic energy and warmth brightens my day right from the off. It’s effortless for her because it’s genuine. She treats everyone with the same love and respect. It’s truly beautiful. Thank you Beck’s for making my day brighter whenever I stay. You’re a beautiful soul.

Very nice room with a comfy bed. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic cooked breakfast. Becky, even with an arm in a sling was so bright, friendly and made everyone who came in feel welcome.

Really good stay, nice and comfortable bed! Came back late from a night out in Liskeard and people on the desk very friendly. My room did smell a little damp but nothing too overpowering. Did have to wait to be seated for breakfast for sometime as no one on the desk in the restaurant. Would definitely stay again though

Becks served our breakfast and made our stay all they much better. Nothing was to much of a problem she waited on our every need. If you stay at liskeard premier in i recommend being served my beckie!!!

I was here on business. I was really hungover and tired when I rose on the crack of dawn. I expected nothing more than a saddening and desolate morrow but was pleased to be greeted with the pleasant and warm embrace of this establishment's astonishing staff. My particular preference host wise was a beautiful and charming lady called Becks who, bless her dear soul, was working while impaired. Her poor arm was broken but she was still determined to make my stay as enjoyable and bubbly as possible. I loved this stay. Food was absolutely divine aswell. Asked for the chef's name for this review; Thank you Tom. It was a bountiful feast to say the least.

Liskeard Premier Inn.||We have stayed there many times and never had reason to complain. This time the room we had was 'tired', flaking paint and the key card holder was hanging from the wall, meaning there were no lights until I fixed it myself. We told the reception staff, who were not too concerned!! ||"Yes it sometimes happens when customers take out theie keycard" ||Perhaps this could have been checked when the room was made ready if it's a common problem||We booked a table at the restaurant for an evening meal. On arrival at the restaurant we were told that there was no fish, there was no rice, there was no draught beer and several other items were now off the menu. I used to like the chicken curry and a pint!! We didn't fancy curry and chips and a bottle of lager, so we reluctantly cancelled and then had to find an alternative meal in Liskeard. Not easy at 7.30 on a Sunday. I spoke to the manager when we returned to the hotel and she was less than helpful. She did ask if we wanted breakfast next morning and we declined, we didn't want to go down to breakfast to find no bacon,no eggs and no tea!||I don't blame the people on site, it is the management above who obviously don't care about providing meals. Very, very sad.
