Kazzoo IT Solutions

Kazzoo IT, Always best remote and on-site prompt visit. Like the operator, my PC tower was getting frail. I had professional advice from Chris last Friday, 04 Oct, late afternoon. They ordered me what I needed for my office work, including an extended hard drive, etc., and Matt installed it this morning (11/10/2024) providing fast and efficient professional service. Thank you, Kazzoo Team.

My laptop was on its way out and I was in need of something that actually worked properly and of course, I went to Kazzoo. They were friendly, informative and know their stuff – on the plus side they were compassionate and didn’t highlight my deficits around my IT challenges. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kazzoo IT Solutions. The service is efficient, friendly and extremely professional.

We have been working with the Kazzoo team for 18 months and have seen Chris and his team grow into a well rounded IT service provider with a great attitude to customer service and an incredible depth of knowledge. Most importantly I trust the team at Kazzoo to delivery on time every time.

When starting my own business I knew that Chris was going to be the 'go to' person for my IT set up and support. He supported my last employer so I knew the great service he provided. I named him my IT Superhero as he is always at the end of the phone when I need his help for both myself and my own clients, who I thoroughly recommend him to whenever I can. If something cannot be done remotely, he will visit my office either that day or the next to ensure that I am fully up and running for my business needs. Thanks Chris

I’d like to thank you for the excellent service you have provided our company over the last 6 months. We had been with our previous IT provider for 3 years but had grown disillusioned with their lack of any proactive support. Since changing to Kazzoo, you have done everything you can to resolve our problems without just trying to sell us new computers. I also appreciate the swift response to any issues that we have, if you cannot answer straight away, we usually get a call back within 5 minutes. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any of my customers.

Chris and his team are fantastic, a friendly approachable service with outstanding knowledge for all of your I.T solutions. I would had no hesitation in recommending kazoo.
