So today my Oven packed up at 16.50. I googled local repairs to me and D R electrical came up,so I called them And explained my situation and asked if there was anyway I Could collect this evening which the lovely man said I could come to his house as I was desperate. He couldn’t do enough to help Me and such a nice genuine man thank you so much I would recommend this company highly absolutely over the moon with this service 👍🏼

From the initial phone call to the delivery I was very happy with the professional and friendly service. The gas cooker itself is excellent and exactly what I was looking for. They delivered at the time promised to my home 90minutes drive away from the showroom. I highly recommend DR Electrical, based on my experience, to anyone looking good quality domestic appliances and excellent customer service. A gem of a local family run business.

I moved house and ordered a free standing fridge freezer from Currys, paid in full and delivery date booked, no mention through out about not being in stock. Lorry arrived and no order on the lorry. Finally got a full refund. In a panic because I had no fridge freezer, we went to D R Electrical on Monday 3rd April who sorted us out a good deal, we could of had next day frlivery but due to work it arrived on Wednesday. Very happy customers and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Rang this branch up reference a heating element for a customer’s oven Sourced me the part with limited info and thankfully oven is up and running again same day….. Good service
