I have mixed feelings about this place, we have been visiting for years and will no doubt go back. The atmosphere is good, it's in a good location with bus, train, and M1 links. The layout of the building is great. The car park is a good size and has disabled bays. The staff are always lovely and always try to go out of their way for you. The prices are great and the decoration is nice. The food is usually really good, especially for the price. They have a good option choice and a decent kids menu and offers during midweek. The bad bits seem to be lack of care and maintenance. The tables keep being moved around and don't always fit the space very well, sometimes leaving you squashed in or next to a door that staff keep going in and out of. The ceiling in the extension clearly has issues with leaking, and there is damp and mould, which has been there for some time (at least a year) and doesn't seem to be having any repairs. Which isn't nice sitting around mould whilst eating. Also, the ladies' toilet windows are the old metal style, which, to be fair, can be damp in winter, unfortunately its summer and its never been cleaned. They are very mouldy. It wouldn't take much for someone to don some PPE and wipe this over with some mould treatment as this is unhealthy for patrons breathing in the spores. My daughter really enjoyed her burger, and my grandson liked his chicken bites, cheesy chips, and beans. I chose the chicken gyros and skin on fries. I was a bit disappointed as it was clearly misrepresented by the picture. This is the first time I've been disappointed with a meal here. The fries were definitely not skin on. The picture of the gyro showed big chunks of freshly grilled chicken. What turned up was about 6 pieces of small, thin bits of very dried chicken that played peek a boo as they were hard to find. If the repairs and cleaning were done, I'd probably give this a 5 star rating.

Its my first time here - even though I've lived 5 minutes away for the past 13 years! We ordered two sizzling Great Gyros and they were amazing! Even though we were full, other hot meals leaving the kitchen caught our eyes - partially the steak and battered onion rings! Will 100% be returning in the future, as there's plenty more options on the menu to try! The service was quick, professional helpful and friendly - with plenty of drinks to choose from. Even though four pints were drunk, one being Peroni - the overall bill was very fair. Thanks again.

This local bar is a gem in Garforth, especially when it comes to their fish and chips. The meal is consistently delicious, with crispy batter and perfectly cooked fish. It’s a go-to spot for lunch with friends, offering great value for the price. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a satisfying and affordable meal!

Lovely local pub, friendly and efficient service and decent pub food. Great place to meet friends for drinks and a bite to eat at reasonable prices! Our first visit but definitely not the last, we will be back soon for sure.👌

1st visit and possibly last.outside needs a lot of attention. Can't even see through some of the windows. Carpet sticky seats sagging. Waited 32 minutes for food with lots empty tables.food OK but only just worth the wait. We use lot of much better sizzler pubs round the country. Time for some care and attention.

Local pub in need of a little tlc, however the food and great service from the friendly staff always make it worth a visit. The food is cooked fresh and served hot and the drinks are reasonably priced especially on Mondays when the offer is on.

Called in after work for some tea with my wife and we had 2 sizzling plates. They were outstanding. Very plentiful of meat and great flavour would highly recommend.

Just eaten and had the chicken steak combo.chicken couldn't cut it just shredded and med to well steak was like a well done steak that was tough to eat.not a good experience.mrs enjoyed her skewers so got 2 stars instead of one.
