Joe and the team at Haptic have done a phenomenal job for our organisation. Jade responds to quote requests quickly and efficiently without hassle or endless emails, and is always happy to offer advice where needed. No purchase is too small, she pays equal attention to a request for a bunch of spare mice as to a major order for networking equipment. Used Haptic networks to check our networking environment to ensure we had everything configured correctly. Found a few tweaks that could be made and provided all the technical assessments for us to make the decision ourselves.
