It's always closed. Was gonna return my equipment back to them. Had to ship them instead. They only shipped me one shipping label even though they told me I had to ship the 2 routers separately. Had to Ship them both in the same box. Theor costumer care service sucks. Seems like they don't know what their talking about. Glad I canceled them.

Difficult to return equipment after service ended. The Shepherdsville location isn't available, nor is the Elizabethtown location. I came to the Shepherdsville location twice because I thought maybe they were just closed for the day. After speaking to customer service, it appears all of the customer service locations in my area are closed for good. They need to advertise that on the door instead of what they have now. I refuse to pay extra for not returning equipment after 10 days because I haven't received anything regarding how or where to return equipment, and I have made an effort twice to return it.

Absolutely 100% disappointed in customer service. I work in utilities (electric) and there is no reason an outage should last this long. We've been out since Saturday (7/26) and we are being told that it won't be back on until 8/5. A cut wire should NOT take this long to repair. We are not a priority to be fixed! Do not sign up for this service. You get what you pay for!

worse service provider out there. they have had a problem with a service wire pole on a property that I own. been calling them to repair it for the last 3 years. made multiple trips out there to look at it. it's only about 6' off the ground. today the pole broke and the wire is now on the ground across the driveway blocking several families from getting in and out of their houses. when I called to get someone to come fix it they tell me that the soonest they can get someone there will be one day next week, maybe. how is that for service. sad thing is this could have been taken care of 3 years ago when I called about it then.

Why should ANY INTELLIGENT person use ANY SERVICES by KINETIC Point in fact! There are RARE times, as I travel KY Highway #44 in Shepherdsville Kentucky, where I haven't been FORCED to Slow down to AVOID being struck/ or keep from hitting a KINETIC vehicle as the RECKLESSLY Pull out onto Road from Lee Valley road!. KINETIC drivers IGNORE the STOP sign as the road from the KINETIC Hub meets Hwy#44!!! Today KINETIC DRIVER not only IGNORED the STOP sign but sped through posted speed limit, Blew through TRAFFIC LIGHT on Hwy #44 AND IGNORANTLY ignored Road Safety by NOT USING TURN SIGNAL as they Turned onto I-65 SOUTH!!! AGAIN WHY should ANYONE SUPPORT THIS COMPANY When this So called Company has LITTLE REGARD for the COMMUNITY? SERIOUSLY!!

4th call in 3weeks for frequent dropped service. 2 techs have come out, modem replaced (my request when they couldn't find problem). Tech over phone did some resetting. Problem continues. Every time I call, I can't understand their cust serv rep's accent and earliest tech came come out is 6-8days! I would switch in a heartbeat if I had another Internet option besides Spectrum.
