I've noticed some things at the Orthman YMCA. Class schedules are often wrong or late. This means it's hard to know when classes are happening. It causes problems for members who want to go to classes. Also, the gym closes often without much warning. They close for many reasons, and members don't always know ahead of time. This makes it hard to plan to use the gym. The YMCA has good equipment and things to do. But, because the schedules are often wrong and the gym closes a lot, it makes it hard to use the gym when you want to.

Super awesome place! Super welcoming and friendly staff! Perfect place for youth and adults to express themselves and have fun while doing so! Overall an amazing experience and would totally recommend anyone to this facility.

This location has no respect for the morals and values of the company. Members of the community are turned away from bettering themselves. If you want to better yourself by dancing or any unorthodox way take it somewhere else because the disgusting employees of this location will tell you that you are bothering people and must leave. This location makes me sad for the youth of today. be better Lexington YMCA>

Great gym and mostly friendly staff! Everything is well kept and clean. Decent pricing, just with there were more amenities. child watch is great to have and I love the morning day care providers!

Not a very friendly place to workout. Lots of criticism and hate and the staff are not very professional especially some of the personal trainers. I do not recommend. Once again another altercation at this establishment. This time it was a person of high standing in the community of Lexington making vulgar comments towards me and making me uncomfortable. He later on had a hostile altercation with me and cursing loudly in front of other gym goers. This place does not seem to surprise me at all with all the negativity that goes around the gym. I do not recommend this place at all as it’s not a good place to be around. I no longer see that individual with good intentions and I feel he needs to be reprimanded for his actions.

Well maintained and clean. This YMCA has a gym with 7 hoops, a track above and around the gym. It also has free weights and cardio machines. It also rents lockers. Staff is friendly and if you're from out of town, they just have you sign in as a guest.

This was the first thing I did when moving here was getting a YMCA membership. Was the best thing I could have done for our family. Its a safe place for kids of all ages. Always clean! Great staff.

The gym is well maintained and plenty of room to do what you need to do. There are times when it can get pretty busy, but most of the time you should not have any issues doing your business
