There's a smell of mildew, and it's probably because of old carpet where the shower that pours out on to it from the bathroom. We didn't get the original room we booked, which was fine. The girl at the front desk was friendly. The breakfast was pretty much gone already by 730a. I don't know much about the location as we've never been there before, but it was very challenging to find anything to do. At least the a/c worked and the beds were comfortable as I needed to sleep. Oh yeah, housekeeping tried to walk in our room while we were sleeping. We stayed for two nights so they should have communication. Just wanted to give you feedback, and future peeps my honest review.

Traveling on business, company booked and paid for room. The receptionist asked for my credit card .... Why She said to verify! Verify what! I'll be keeping a very close eye on the card. Room was booked at 8 am for my arrival at 10 am.... They said check in is at 3pm ! Well too bad. Never had an issue anywhere before checking in at 10 am ! She has to call the manager.,. Who was not even at the hotel best I could tell. Then she speaks to him on the phone and walks away where she thinks I could not hear her .., guess again. I heard every word They gave me the room but not the point. Musty smell and you can feel the moisture in the room ! No reason at all for this smell ! If it wasn't for the fact I'm tired as I been traveling since early this morning and running on 2 hours of sleep .... I'd find someplace else .

Pool was not open, ice machine broke, couldn't find anyone to get Fresh towels, was made to feel like we were Stealing,the Cheap towels that they had given us. The marquis outfront says restaurant and lounge that do not have all of them all poor advertisements smells molded, the fitness room was a Pool table. I would not even go back ,it is sad that use to be a really nice place 25 years ago. 😒😒😒😒😒

Positive: Staff was very nice Negative: Curtains were a mess, pool water was brown, TV stand was broke & cracked, microwave door had a melted spot on it, we saw a bug on the inside of the door to our room. Needed renovated.

My husband and I have visited this hotel multiple times but this time was the worse time ever it smelled like mildew throughout the hotel, they gave us one room and the tv didn’t work so they put us in another room and it really smelled like mold or mildew the covers were sticky, the outside door did not work we changed our 4 day stay to a 1 night stay. So if you visit Henderson, Ky go to Evansville to get you a nice hotel. I would not recommend staying here it’s not worth the money.

The pictures on the website are not true AT ALL. The dining room was pretty much nonexistent. The breakfast consisted of 2 containers of cereal and a bag of bread. The “fitness room” was literally just a pool table in which smelled weird. The room had random scratches on the appliances and the TV does not work and is weird. The shower shoots the water out in a 360 motion and after you get out you feel like you just finished wrestling a gorilla. We was scared to even look at the pool which the photos make look like the Caribbean but it’s definitely not. Also, at 2am me and my family was asleep when we was awoken by the song “Always Watching me” which was a shock and very unsettling. We don’t know where this music came from I am not making this up. I’m still a bit taken a back from it. I’m still not over the “dining room” fiasco.

Hotel room is very basic. Didn't expect much. Breakfast was gone by 8:30am on a week day as you can see in my video. Nothing was left to eat. I have 2 kids and a family with 4 just walk after me. We were able to make 3 tiny waffle and it was gone. Milk was gone. There was no juice. They had bread but no butter or jelly. It look like they had some Breakfast sausage but it was gone too. They had 3 verry old wrinkled apples. They sent someone to "buy" something and he got back with juice. Crazy!!!!! Lots of Hotels here. Avoid this one!!!!!!

First thing that really irritated me was that they took a copy of our CREDIT CARD. When I questioned it I let them know that one it's against the the law to do that, and that I wanted to talk to the manager and was told that he would be there at 6 in the morning and naturally he was not....so talking to the person that was there said that he would give us a call which we have yet to get a call. And as far as the room we had no toilet paper except a roll that had enough for person to to use and then it was gone. Her reply was all you had to do is call the front desk and they would have brought you some. My reply was no actually it should of been changed been changed to a new roll before anyone got that room. The bathtub was filthy looked like it hadn't been scrubbed for awhile. The towels were all stained and disgusting. Found two roaches in the room one smashed on the wall and a live one.
