InTown Suites Extended Stay Bowling Green KY

I did have some issues with reservations on the phone but when I arrived at the Bowling Green KY property I was welcomed by Lynndora in the office. What an awesome Lady! Lynndora was super nice and very helpful, an absolute joy to speak with as I checked in. I am in one of the new updated single queen rooms, very nice and clean and perfect for my temporary living needs in the area. I will highly recommend this facility to my company for extended stays for company representatives visiting from Germany.

The place has bed bugs and cockroaches. I asked for my money back and they denied me. I would not bring a child there if I were anybody. They were so rude and disrespectful and told me I would not be getting my money back and I recorded the woman I was talking to. Don't go there unless you want to get bed bugs and lose all your all they care about is getting money and will not give it back I would not even stay there for one night because of how bad it is. The pictures that they have on their website is not correct. It does not look like that. I will post pictures of what the rooms actually look like.

Haven't stayed there at all. Paid for the room tried to get a refund they told me I had to wait because they are not opening on a Sunday. And only their managers can do it. The gentleman I talked to was incredibly rude and talk to me like I was a child. Told me he's not going to tell me anymore he's only going to tell me this one last time that the manager has to give the refund. If you're looking for a polite place to stay don't stay here.

The nastiest place I’ve ever seen. For extended stays they don’t replace the towels they say you Have to wash them and it’s smells so bad. The washers have weaves stuck in them and get all over the stuff I’ve washed. Smells absolutely horrendous do not stay here unless it’s the last resort

I want to edit my previous review. They seem to have done something to tweak the internet issues. Previously it wouldn't stay on. A light gust of wind or sprinkle if rain knocked it out - but now it seems to stay on. Albeit not very strong internet, in our technological age, it seems a business would have a super-strong speed~but I am now very grateful that it stays on and doesn't wear out my mobile hotspot. There for awhile I thought I was growing a third eyeball from it constantly on all the time! But that's cleared up, so that's a relief! There does some to be better maid service since we first came. A couple sweet girls. They'll even let you vacuum with their device if you happen to be present when they come by. They also have a really sweet night manager gentleman who is very kind and understanding. The maintenance man is awesome. He totally gets an amazing amount of stuff done with what he has to work with. There's still some issues with people smoking in their rooms. Thank God it doesn't get into our room. However, going to the parking lot anytime we leave, or going to the laundry room or vending machine ...we have to walk through a WALL of smoke because the stairwell is at that end of where the smokers must be staying. Absolutely intense pocket of smoke. My youngest son had issues with RSV and severe allergies as a baby so he's always sensitive ever since. I literally tell him to hold his breath when walking out...I shouldn't have to do that. But some people here just do not respect other people at all. And I guess MGMT doesn't know or maybe they can't pinpoint who is actually doing it. But we don't have any problems with bugs. They also have fixed the mold issues and the internet shutting off. 🙏🏻 Our stay ends in just over another week so we've been grateful. I would just be careful if your allergic to cig smoke.

I have stayed at Intown Suites many times over the years, and some are definitely better than others. Here's what I've found at the Bowling Green location: Both of the ladies at the front desk have been super nice and helpful. I rented a traditional room which is cheaper, and I understood ahead of time that the furniture and furnishings would be older and more used. The room was basically clean, and after one week, I have not seen a single bug, and believe me when I say that I am actively looking for any. When I reported that there was a leak around the toilet, the maintenance man came the same day. He was very nice and explained exactly what he would need to do to fix it. The laundry room was clean, although small, the machines worked well. Housekeeping staff have been friendly and helpful. Overall, my experience so far has been positive. My only concern is the condition of the microwave. It looks like something may have overheated in it, and the paint on the inside is chipping. I will mention that to the office today and see if they have a solution for that because I will be here a few more weeks. Update: The office ladies addressed my concern about the microwave with kindness and immediate support. The microwave is to be replaced. Thank you so much. The location is right off I-65 and close by to some great restaurants and Greenwood Mall, which is a very nice mall. Also, I have not seen any unsavory characters hanging around. I feel reasonably safe here. If you need an affordable extended place to stay and you don't mind being a decent guest, then this is the place for you.

Firstly I would like to commend the receptionist as very sweet, pro active and helpful, and say we got a full refund for our stay. Unfortunately, though, we cannot recommend this inn. The room we had reserved was infested with dead and a few alive roaches. The receptionist promptly offered to change our room. After the first night in the new, better room, I had many bumps on my body but I was not sure what it was, hoping it was not bed bugs. After the second night the bumps increased and we found a few crawling bed bugs.

This place was pretty bad place for us to stay. First off the office lady was the most rude person I have ever meet. She was kinda nice at first but she got pretty rude. Bed bugs where pretty bad and we let the one guy know about them they blamed us for the bed bugs. We asked if we could get one of the new rooms just so they didn't have to give us any money back... The lady told us no not after you had bed bugs from the one room and we tried to explain to them that the bed bugs are in there room not from us. She said that's something you will have to prove. She got very mad at me. She gave us 30 minutes to leave and only gave us part of the payment we gave. Until that lady and her bugs are all gone I will never go back to that place and I am going to tell everyone about it and I already posted on my Facebook
