Super 8 by Wyndham Carroll

Nothing was hooked up...TV, lamps, microwave, phone, refrigerator! I had a reservation and the room was not ready! The carpet was dirty and there was a piece of dried up food or something behind the bed..the fridge had a bad cord with exposed wires and never did get cold. I got several bites - probably from bedbugs!

It was disgusting. The walls were dirty, a hole in the wall for the door handle, and than I found a bed bug. They sent me to a new room.... it wasn't even cleaned. Would not recommend even for a cheap price

While traveling we booked a room at a short notice and while this town has three Super 8's this one was priced quite a bit lower. That should have been the first clue. We had to wait a bit for someone to come to the counter to check us in, the hallway seemed musty, and there are very few plug-ins to charge phones, etc. The shower had good pressure and heat; however, the bed felt like it wanted to roll us to the middle. Breakfast was basic to be able to say it was offered, but not much else. If you need a cheap play to stay, this is perfect for you. I really hope they try more, because it could be a perfect spot when traveling through the area.

We made a last minute reservation as we were passing through and tired. The building is old which is fine but you can be old AND clean. This was not. Hallway was very dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Our room was somewhat vacuumed but there were still things on the floor. The blankets were full of burn holes. I checked but thankfully saw no sign of bugs. There was a pile of tags on the floor in the hall. The tv remote didn’t work well at all and it was a struggle to change volume/channels or even turn it on/off etc my husband said someone tried to open our door during the night so he didn’t sleep and was on guard. I will say the bed actually very comfortable.

I tried to get the largest room available. I could only get a 2 queen with a roll out.|When I got to the hotel to check in there was no one at the front desk. I called on the desk phone to zero as a sign directed. No answer. 2nd try, nothing. I yelled down the hall, again no response. I ended up calling Wyndham and they were able to get someone.|They give me a room, key doesn't work. Battery is dying on the lock. I was told the truck to get it open and told to just deal with it.|Get inside, no roll out. I was told they would bring it later which they did by 7:00. Beds were comfortable but that was the only positive.|Breakfast was basically non-existent plus the area was so gross that we didn't try it. We got packed up and realized our suitcase was covering vomit that wasn't cleaned up. Overall terrible experience and do not recommend!

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The smell is horrible the minute you walk in the lobby. It's a mixture of stale cigarettes, mold, musty smell. The rooms have not been dusted in God knows how long. The refrigerator and microwave didn't work. I had to throw away a bunch of food because it spoiled. The ice machine doesn't work. The sink leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The solution was to have us move rooms. We are living here until our home becomes ready so it took me over a hour to move everything. The TV didn't even have the cable box in this room so we took the one from the other room. So far it's not looking good here either as the AC isn't working properly. Do NOT stay here. This place needs shut down.

So I'm NOT allowed BACK?! ... ...I have MRSA infection on my knee and was being discharged from the hospital. So I decided a Motel room just for night had to do, and even though it was relatively quite and peaceful night. I Was even allowed Extended time to get belongings together Prior to leaving. I had left then but I had Intentions on buying another room. Possibly a Week...only to be informed via MESSENGER. I am not allowed to come around their anymore‽¿ As well I couldn't visit a friend who stayed their as well. Was allioted 30m to do so... .....So Idk what's happening here. Seems Rude to not allow your own Customers back. As well as Control my time alioted with another guest/friend...Rooms are basic but understandable for the price.

This was the only hotel available in town when we booked 5 rooms. Big mistake. Hotel was filthy and smelled horrible. This is a partial list of problems: microwave had ramen spilled in it, smoke detectives were wrapped with plastic bags, faucets didn’t work in some rooms, fridges were nasty with spills or didn’t work, ice maker didn’t work(told us it hadn’t worked in months). No way would I have eaten breakfast there but the offerings were very slim. There is just too many things to list. Never again.
