My boyfriend and I have been here countless times in need of help and/ or assistance with our health insurance benefits. These amazing ladies who work here have always been so incredibly tentative and helpful despite their office sometimes being overly busy and chaotic. I've always been greeted with nothing but smiles and friendly, helpful attitudes. They always take their time while helping, being sure to thoroughly explain all the details of my case/ benefits to me, as well as answering any questions I may have. Had it not been for the competency of the women at this office, my health insurance would have surely been discontinued, thus being extremely detrimental to my overall health and well being. I'm extremely grateful for this office and the amazing ladies who work here! 😊💙💚

They don't care about safety of children. If you have a legitimate concern they brush it under the rug and do as little work as possible with the case. They allowed my ex to show to a visit drunk and fall on one of our kids and still have him extra visits that same week
